It does beg the question on why both Dr Al-Dimashki and Mrs Mona Moussalli would want to write off their £600k investment. That would be unusual to say the least...they must be looking at alternatives.

Both are shareholders in:

I would hope the directors don't get paid anymore. The bank will be watching closely, if they're not happy they'll force a sale of the land rather than simply call in the loan. The company must be keeping them sweet somehow. But difficult to understand how when the land doesn't appear to be on sale.

Is it possible the directors have already realised that after considering the offers for the land in this market and repayment of debt we would be left with nothing and unable to continue trading and so therefore have back tracked on this idea and are considering other options as house prices are not falling off a cliff in Scotland.Would this explain why there has been no sale of the land ?

How are the directors getting paid with no money coming in,from the bank loan???surely cannot last out much longer...then land sale to finance debts, and us zilch.
Lights out in less than a month IMHO...SHAFTED SPRINGS TO MIND.

Scotland house prices up 3% in 3 months! I guess no one bought the land, in which case why was it withdrawn from the agent? It's all bonkers!

I haven't a clue what you are on about! Are you talking about the fact that you contacted the Kilsyth Chronicle? Fair enough, but I know the sort of (or lack of) influence that they have...I am referring to contacting the company or even the FSA in this case.

I totally agree with both of your comments above. I am surprised though that Mike Hill won't return any calls as (out of the three directors) he has always been the most shareholder friendly.

Anyway, we have nothing to lose here now and these guys should not get away with this. Time for action.

5UCHCHI. Agree, and sorry if you've put yourself in difficulties. Suggest a few of us barrage this lot. Their website is out-of-date and they haven't provided an updates re the sale. Their strategy isn't a strategy, just wistful thinking. My strong suspicion is that the company is being warehoused until the markets improve change (both prospects and land sale).
Do your own research - but there is damn all out there to grasp and Michael Hill won't respond to emails/return calls. It may be time to escalate matters - we may just have 10% between us to force an EGM.

I am really disaapointed and disgusted with this company for not doing anything useful to protect small private investors like us. After reading all the previous comments I am really frightened that my investment(hard earned money) will turn out to be nothing. Can anyone shed some light on this stock whether directors are loyal to investors or just keen on look after themself until it becomes bankcrupt.

Unfortunately I think weve had it with this one guys. The company would have to get 2 million for the land just to justify todays share price after the bank loan has been repaid. The problem is as of 31st May we only had 13k left and the company was using bank debt to continue trading. That debt will be increasing and if we get short of 2 million after the sale of the land well there probably wont even be enough cash to pay the electric bill !
