What do you think?
FEI going to buy IHGP the company and develop Kylsyth themselves.
Is this feasable?

Is there any connection with the announcement of IHGP that they have received an offer for the company?

evening good people -
now , if this post offends anyone - please accept my apologies in advance .

ok i'm the guy who got us on the front page of the local paper
( didn't really do us a lot of good did it - but i have written back to my contact - no reply as yet ) .

i have a small 700,000 at .133 ( £950.66p ) holding , obviously buttons to some of you guys . It was just a bit of fun money from a profit - still matters though .

now , the point - at last i hear you say !!

i am on the comittee of another shareholders action group ( SAG )
i will not name the share . We are working very hard and have done so for over a year . Between us we have sunk over £ 30,000 into the fight , mainly on legal fees ( but we've uncovered a fair old bit of juicy stuff - fat lady ain't sung yet ).

so ask yourselves " are we serious ? " - if so , you need to....
( in my opinion and experience )set up a secure website , join , include your email addresses and holdings and appoint a comittee , set up a bank account
and make a financial commitment ( you need to trust people - very dangerous - we quickly weeded out the idiots ) .

and that's just for starters

basically you need someone to step forward and take charge
don't look at me !!! - don't mind helping

it is exhausting work

so here's a test....

look through this link and state EXACTLY what have the directors/whatever
done wrong ?

again if offended - i'm really sorry - not trying to be patronising or any sh*t like that , genuinely attemping to give you the benefit of my experience .

John

This is now very simply a straightforward punt on either losing most of my investment or multi-bagging big style from here. I only invested money I can afford to lose and am prepared to lose out so have no strong view on this now. Even although I am convinced that the land is as good as sold because these directors seem to specialise in screwing up!

However, the share price here is only doing what all AIM stocks are doing, it's not company-specific but the directors look to have screwed up big time here.

You would have thought that with directors who have specialised in reverse takeovers in the past that they would at the very least have had a Plan B if they thought that they may not develop the land. Now they only have around £14k in cash and the clock is against us i'm afraid. This is also mirrored in the lack of director buys at such a low level.

I understand that around £100k would have went on wages for the three directors over that 12 month period!! What a cheek....and their treatment of small shareholders is a disgrace imo.

Amo, how about a new thread/board forum for all those who want to take action? I would do it, but don't know how to. Something along the lines of:

Shareholders who want to take action against FEI. Name your stake etc

FTO all

just email the fsa and ask them where do you stand as a shareholder but my guess is you will be told they are just not very good directors and have not broken any rules etc etc..IMO

Yes, they did KAMPY but they have taken quite a bit of cash from FEI over the last three years and Dr. Dimashki won't be very chuffed. The directors' reputations in the City is in tatters now after several very successful turnarounds.

Enough talking though...time for something to get done.

I have more than diddy and less than amo. lol. But I was the one buying at 0.055p.
Dr. Dimashki can be contacted here

or here

But he may be busy sorting out a rather large bridge!

I note that Mubeen are advertising in the Meds May newsletter. They were the original other Dubai investor, though their holding seems to have gone to Mrs. Moussalli.

KAMPY,

It is more than a 'word' that these guys need....action is needed. They have told me that an RTO is difficult to achieve...I have my own successful business (100% owned by me) and don't agree with them on that at all.
