On the other hand there could be a reverse takeover without any land sale for the time being!

"The cash balance at 31 May 2008 was £13,000. The Group continues to
meet its working capital needs from debtor collections and bank loan support."

It has bank loan support so this will only get suspended if the bank decides enough is enough .I would have thought the pressure will be on to get the land sold which in this market might be proving difficult .Could do with Brown suspending stamp duty to boost the housing market might get a few takers then.

Busted flush I guess. Pity. Having to work hard to et it back elsewhere. Amo's gone a bit quiet.

I am expecting this to get suspended anytime now pending clarification of its financial position imvho.I think it only had £15k left a couple of months back so should just be about out of cash by my reckoning.

godolphin,

The website is a bit confusing as it is actually the one site in Croy near Kilsyth that is currently going through the legal process just now.

Impressed by your research though.

Cheers

Just digging around. Hadden build flats and have a Kilsyth project on their future development page. Even if it's not the FEI land then certainly shows that builders haven't given up the ghost.

I can find a planning application for the Croy project - 26 houses and flats. But I can't find Hadden applying for anything in Kilsyth. So who knows.

Probably refers to trading at its height around the 10p range, lots of money made by some, but some really stitched up........different board etc. now..

Anybody notice that bit of news (above) about WINS and FEI concerning certain dealing in 2004? No relevance to current position presumably.
