21/9/2008 17:37 | Here's a couple of bits and pieces. Search on kilsyth and you find a figure of £3.6m mentioned. It also mentions Young and Gault Architects. So go there. Click portfolio, residential, Newton Street (they say road!!) and they talk about 76 (??) flats and a project cost of £6m. Maybe a bit out of date but gives us an idea of what was being considered. | godolphin
18/9/2008 17:28 | Maybe a predator will be buying the company....something must be happening as they are effectively bust. | amorruso
18/9/2008 10:40 | Does anyone have a hot line to Dr Al-Dimashki? With his holding he effectively controls what will happen to FEI. Although the Directors think they can sell the land and stagger on, all the while hanging onto their jobs. Any predator with any sense would buy the Company and then develop the land. In my view the way to do this is quite straight forward and I would offer my services to Dr A on a profit share basis using share options. | grahamg8
16/9/2008 18:50 | MM's probably been too busy ripping every other PI off to bother with this. | dalcon01

11/9/2008 18:56 | The word is that they are not going bust and a new director will be appointed shortly. Interesting to note that the price hasn't dropped since the chairman resigned so it may all be in the price. However, with no income and a bank loan, land that they cannot etc then what is the new strategy? | amorruso
11/9/2008 16:58 | Might as well take £400 for 2 million shares tomorrow if this is going bust 400 quid is 400 quid regardless . | catswhiskas
10/9/2008 18:23 | I would say that it may well be prelude to insolvency as he was regarded as the mainstay however there is a slight chance that the middle eastern guy is behind this. | amorruso
10/9/2008 11:29 | might be prelude to insolvency. Having lost 99% of my money if I try and sell now at 1p makes no difference really... | pejaten
