Certainly I doubt Sr Villa has any ability to develop technology worth "billions".More likely is that some dodgy earnings need a cosy tax loss to hide their origin from the regional tax authorities. I may get shot for suggesting it, but I am sure the Cosa Nostra would be able to take advantage of such a scheme.

It's funny how one persons 'impressed' can be anothers 'totally unimpressed'. The video on their website looks awful, has a load of waffly language that doesn't describe anything. Can you describe in one sentence what their technology or product is?

We know Pay My Time was set up last year with US $30 million.

All shares controlled by a Swiss gentlemen.

Then US $28,725,000 was removed legally and Swiss gentleman controls 58.9% of Pay My Time (via various companies and with his partner who lives with him in Switzerland)

The technology and business plan of Pay My Time is in my opinion worth Billions and it will be taken over eventually by a company like Google, Microsoft, Pay Pay or EBAY.

When you view their videos on their web-site you will be impressed.

Now we have our companies BOD set-up Clear Leisure 2017 Ltd earlier in March.

This Clear Leisure 2017 Lts company has been set-up in my opinion to facilitate either to transfer debt or assets or both with the ultimate goal of having our £60 million tax losses available to be utilized.

Now if Pay My Time (which is not even a year old) was to generate massive profits, would it not be prudent to have access to our tax losses?

Oh the Swiss gentleman with a spare US $28,725,000 in his pocket is a Mr A Villa and he just may want some of our assets.

Well I took the drop for whatever reason to take another 75k.
We know when this moves it goes monumentally quick.
I'm hoping that the creation of the new name with company house and the short termism of the recent loan implies something of note is due operationally.
I've done my research supported by RKB and my chips firmly on the table.
I also hope for those under water here I hope your suffering is relieved and your patience rewarded.
Let's hope just for once the casino doesn't win.

roll overs:the first was blue because it caught mms out by surprise,imo.The second red ,because,likely,told the roller they would do it only at sell side9 so it would look as 2 sells) .MMs wants shares and that is a way of provoking sellers....why they want shares?either they are short(sold lately shares they didn`t have) or they got wind of good news coming up.....
