Cancellation doesn't mean you lose your investment it just means liquidity of the shares becomes negligible; you won't be able to easily buy or sell them. If it comes to pass that we have no listing, the court decision will have next to know impact as it won't immediately change cash generation. If we still have a listing, and there is a positive court outcome, then "future hope" would cause a surge in the share price but a lot less than some of the resident fantasists dream of. I am ambivalent about whether the listing is cancelled or not. I want the promised 2p dividend but am not holding my breath. If the shares are cancelled then it is probably important to have a collective small shareholder representation at the board level to prevent them screwing us over. To that effect I would support a motion to promote RKB as Chairman. But I would support that whether we have a listing or not.

Being the realist that I am I can see these getting cancelled. Sorry folks.

mylands, and CLP are talking to a replacement! Why do you feel the need to keep talking this company down?

KNIGEL Checked the RNS list this morning and only two other companies appear to have been affected by ZAI being removed by the exchange as a NOMAD, Northwest Investment Group (NWIG) and Ukproduct Group (UKR) that trades in Ukranian branded dairy foods and beverages and trades at a loss. Sounds familiar?

Problem is that a previous Nomad resigned, the last one would seem to have "issues" comparable to CLP's, so would any respectable Nomad want to become associated? It seems odd that there should be "discussions". We need a Nomad. This is our price. Ok we'll take you. That is what I would expect. Any "discussions" must mean there are additional questions/conditions being raised. We need payment up frontWho exactly are the individuals representing the largest shareholders I wouldn't be surprised if they fail to appoint a Nomad.

KNIGEL IMO no advisor will take this job on while the court ruling is up in the air. If the ruling does not come out within one month from now then it's all over for the retention of an AIM quote. The only hope for shareholders is a positive ruling well before the 20th November to give time for a NOMAD to assess the situation and then agree to take on the role. In my view, by no means a certainty.

They are talking to a replacement. Remember this is not their fault. Their existing nomad got kicked off the market. Not worried (yet)

Suspended. Cancellation now in a month if no new Nomad is appointed, so the stakes have been raised higher. We could get the court judgement before the company's shares are reinstated for trading. What a wonderful piece of theatre.

I don't know mylands. Yes you can't sell if it is suspended but why would you want to: the joy of ownership exceeds any treat purchasable with filthy lucre. If you need to sell then you really are a fool. No one in their right mind would have serious capital tied up in such a flimsy vehicle. Widows and orphans please take note.

Suspension is a familiar status to CLP. So don't expect any rush to appoint a new Nomad. The directors will prefer a suspension based on someone else's incompetence rather than their own though and the breathing space means they can hold off producing audited results this year without anyone noticing. Bonanza time for them: frothy latt├ęs all round.

I wonder how many punters realise that time has nearly run out on the quote being suspended? New NOMAD needs to be appinted by 7am TOMORROW! From the exchange RNS of 11th Oct: ZAI will be removed from the register of nominated advisers at 7am, 19 October 2017, so as to provide additional time for those AIM companies for whom ZAI currently provides nominated adviser services, to appoint a new nominated adviser. Accordingly, the affected AIM companies, of which Clear Leisure is one, must appoint a new nominated adviser by this date. Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), if no new nominated adviser is appointed by Clear Leisure by 7am, 19 October 2017, trading of the Company's AIM securities will be suspended on that date until the appointment of a new nominated adviser. If a new nominated adviser is not appointed within one month of suspension (by 20 November 2017), trading in the Company's AIM securities will be cancelled pursuant to AIM Rule 1.

NAV only means something if you can sell the assets for what you want. How much does a field of corn retail at? If they always spin gold into wheat then they are going to have a problem selling this story further than a Swiss coffee shop.
