A = Alnitak was the holding company of our H&L Fund (now sold)

L = Loan from Eufingest on 3rd February just for 7 weeks.

I = Issue of shares to Professor in lieu of salary on 24th January.

T = Time soon for an operational update?

Y = Year 2016 Account to be produced in GB £


S = Sipiem which we own 50.17% of and it owns the water park Ondaland.

T = Time soon for Market Makers to let go?

A = Auditors Welbeck Associates who are now providing more information.

D = Date for Warrants to be exercised 23rd March.

I = Interesting that we only have 289,701,653 Shares not Billions.

U = Un-utillised management expenses and tax losses of Euro 57 million

M = Maybe just maybe Wales will win and so will we.

You could always just pick-up the phone and call Mr Eufingest (sorry) Mr A Villa in Switzerland.

Or you could write to him via Eufingest oops sorry again.

I do actually have his address in Switzerland where he lives with his partner a Christina cant recall her surname but they are only a short drive from their offices (Eufingest)

For the record I do not advocate violence, physical or verbal. But if someone gets a puncture on their bike well that's just an inconvenience and hopefully they are experienced and do not fall and injure themselves or their fellow rider.

I believe the Professor bought a Tandem Bicycle (From Halfords) in July 2015 and if I am not mistaken A Villa and J Nilesh were last seen riding on it in Central London and avoiding paying the congestion charge.

So we can thank the Professor for getting them on "their bike"

....not to forget his involvement with Teathers and MediaCorp too!Indeed the mediacorp debacle is a salutary tale. If I remember correctly it went bust whilst suing a couple of law firms and suggesting it was an attractive shell because of its £11m losses to offset against tax.Hmmmmm.....Nilesh is now at OCT where he is, no doubt, continuing the good work.Doh!!

A few years ago our accounts were published in euro and we ended up suspended from trading until they were corrected to sterling . As for villa , well why do you think the proffessor made a statement three years ago that realisation of assetts and investigations would not point the finger at previous directors ??? Villa !!!!. Additionally villa has left a twisted web of undertakings and dealings hence why its difficult to ascertain this companies true value , hence writedowns etc .
