Funny thing,nobody is mentioning SIPIEM.....and the surprise could come from that,since is second biggest asset own and it would make sense to sell it B4 season starts...afterall is a seasonal earner(in profit).Worth at least 2 p(as the dividend mentioned 3 years ago)....A dividend should be the reason why Eufingest owns and coverts the loans in shares all the times,imo.

BOD ignore PI

BOD controlled by you all know who.

If you have assets not selling you offer to buyers at a reduced price to move them, but all BOD is on paper reduce an asset by a very large amount but still not sold. I conclude that is because they don't want to sell it.

Geosim on books for selling for a long time but never sold!

Sardinian villas we don't know if they are income producing and they are not up to the quality that is portrayed on our Web Site, just ask PR as he has stayed in them at least twice.

Another Poster said recently that we were taking 'Pay-Day-Loans' well we are but not at 2,500% so where does Eufingest get their other 2,497.5%? Could it be that the interconnections with BOD, The Swiss and some others are the real reason why we have less than 290 million shares in issue?

I may have had my rant over the past two days and something had to be done.

MM have forward sold shares, SharePrice is being held in a tight band, day traders sell tiny amounts of shares and it drops 3% or more.

MM will take millions of shares at 0.7 but on Tuesday at the bell they took 33 mins to fill my limit buy for 325K at my limit price of 0.8 and you think it is not being held?

For the record still holding all my shares and some Posters are aware of my small volume limit orders to sell above 0,8 and it is less than 100k's

I still believe our company is worth more than 8p I was going to Post this week my conservative detailed breakdown of what CLP is worth, but not now I will refrain.

I will get my RNS and till then I will not be Posting.

That is unfortunate and if it irritates them so be it.

The BOD have irritated Shareholders, not engaged with PI and think we will just sit back and let them do what they will do.

Nobody every askes the BOD what sort of income the 10 Villas in Sardinia are producing (£0)

Over past 5 weeks the volume of shares traded by my calculation and correcting errors in the reporting as best as possible and it is about

32.27 Million Buys to 18.77 million Sells or Buys 1.72 Million to 1 1 Million Sells and our Share Price stays the same, one little Sell and the MM drop the price, not being manipulated?

director is getting paid £2500 in shares(1.76% holding and not disposed any)is quite unusual for an AIM`s stock.....getting that dividend will be even more....

possible scenario:there are only 20 mill share in free float.The mms got caught short on the last spike and asked for 22mills more and so came the placing(of same amount).Together with the placing they issued warrants that now expired and not in play anymore(website updated and warrants deleted).Mms are ready for next lift and already using some of the new shares.....should be disposed mediapolis and/or Sipiem ,they will need much more than 20mill freefloat,imo.Therefore another spike could happen ,stronger than the one occourred last september.All this will be washed away if an RTO will be declared,with a possible suspension with an offer for the whole company,assets,debts and tax losses......Don`t know what will be the outcome but we are very near to find out,imho.....

Quite simple really max.I went "oh great sage of bellydom- tell me what is gonna happen".And out popped 15p.Can't tell you any more than that really. It seems crazy, I know, because I for one would happily sell my stake for a lot less - 3p say. But my gut does have an unerring knack of getting these things spot on.Anyway within a week and one hour we will know if my gut has got it right. Believe you me - if it doesn't come to pass, the punishment will be severe: we are talking Cod AND caster oil here.

Property, yes, that is probably worth something. But it looks like the management had the same level of technical competence as tem.
