On 30 July the company said that there would be an initial distribution to Shareholders of 2.7 pence per Ordinary Share on or around 11 September 2015 and a final distribution in October 2015.

Now the company has just made a distribution of 1.830943 pence per ordinary share.
and is promising a final distribution of 0.9 pence per ordinary share.

So the final distribution mentioned on 30 July amounts to 0.030943 pence per share.

I have just this minute received my cheque and can confirm
the posts earlier of 1.83p. I'm very disappointed thats £869 less
than expected..with 0.9p to follow.Total 2.7p maybe !!!!!!!!!!

Property has been sold. The final final amount will be paid once permission has been granted from HMRC.

I had information from Barclays - it may even have been a physical letter.

keeping an eye out as the first payment is indicated around 11th Septn but i hold my shares through Barclays and have not had any of the letters or AGM invites so will be chasing this with them if needed.

Let me know if anyone hears / gets theirs.

I received the voting form, but no further information.
It is available on the company website, however.

Only £105k charge for warranties and indemnities is better than I was expecting.

There is no indication of final, as you can appreciate it is quite a large
content, therefore unable to post in full, however not much else of importance to that which I posted earlier..

So, 2.7p on or around 11th Sept, followed by a final payment, hopefully in October..
Only £255k for the property, disappointing..
£100k to windup with expenses, mmm !!
