04/8/2017 20:02 | HL paid; from experience Barclays will be 3 or more days behind as they aren't very good! That's that closed and tidies up a couple of accounts. | hpcg
04/8/2017 15:59 | Thx Orange ... same with me via TDW/3I. Also hold some via Barclays ... nothing received in that A/C as yet. | flagon
04/8/2017 15:43 | Look what appeared in my account yesterday: Following the Winding Up, a final distribution payment has been made. Cash proceeds of GBP0.0002882 per share held were credited to accounts on 03 August 2017. So £ 29 for every 100k shares held. | orange1

21/3/2017 09:45 | No longer being looked after by FRP London, now with their Brighton Office. Spoke with Russell Deen yesterday, he's confirmed that HMRC have given PAYE clearance but still not signed off on CT, despite calling HMRC and speaking to the MVL team directly. As such FRP can't do the final distribution (not that it's going to count to much) until they have CT clearance and HMRC don't seem to be in much of a hurry. Any questions then give Russell a call on 01273916666 or email russell.deen@frpadvi | 1mrk

13/10/2016 13:41 | Charlie Dagworthy Charlie.Dagworthy@fr replied to me in August, if no reply we can hasle direct! Langlad, pls post any reply you receive. Here's hoping it will help pay a bit towards Christmas Thank you for your email dated 26 July 2016. Please be advised that I am still in correspondence with HMRC. Unfortunately at this stage I would not be able to provide you with a specific time line but I envisage that any outstanding matters will concluded soon. I will write to all shareholders to notify them of the final dividend as soon as I have a date to progress the same. 02/8/2016 16:03 | Thanks - we'll await developments - at least this delay reduces my capital gains liability for 2015-16. | weatherman
02/8/2016 14:02 | As it happens, I asked my broker to chase this yesterday. | langland
02/8/2016 12:55 | We'll be into 2017 at this rate.... | weatherman
10/6/2016 18:12 | 6 weeks ? Now over 10 weeks since message 1137. Final payment is over due - too much to hope for HMRC to pull their fingers out... | weatherman
23/5/2016 13:01 | Does anyone know how this is treated for capital gains tax purposes. Do we consider all sold with the final payment, or is it spread over the three years, 2014, 2015, 2016 ? | weatherman

06/4/2016 15:17 | I asked Hargreaves L to inquire on my behalf last week. Prompt reply to say that liquidator says response from HMRC is still awaited but that they were hoping to finalise within 6 weeks. | langland
06/4/2016 13:03 | They might well have been forced to, though as I don't have any expert knowledge this is purely a speculative statement. | hpcg
06/4/2016 12:52 | Would it be reasonable to assume that the liquidators have been waiting for the new tax year before making the final distribution? | flyfisher |
