well could it be hawkwood have a buyer already in the wings on friday all day to buy over 5 grand iii wanted 9.2 which is very strange when rsi is high also strict buying limits all day and on close max buy 500 quid at 7.25 and wanted 7.475 for a grand and 7.5 upto 5 grand then a big jump to 9.2 , really would not be surprised to see a hostile bid in 12-20p area while some would be horrified with that others would be very glad including me also pure speculation but Samsung in rns last year could it be they just want to swallow BGBL up . The share price has slipped down since the GM called and not great finals but first 3 months of this year trading well new man in charge PK holding his shares 1 month graph for me is indicating 9p upper trend mon/tus next week .

The company is now vulnerable to a bid, as it is an offer period. If a takeover takes place what price will it go for?

I would guess 10p as a minimum bearing in mind cash of £3m and turnover of £11m.

Agreed. All eyes on tomorrow. I don't believe there is enough critical mass to the businesses he has bought to Bglobal, regardless of what might be to come, at some point, in the future. He has had a fair chance imo. It's not enough, just to be a significant shareholder.

So which way will this go tomorrow? I think PK will lose. Even if he was your best mate a rational vote would surely want him to go under the present circumstances. A new management would then help to protect his own investment, and there are opportunities in this sector. Look at Utilitywise UTW.

(I spoke to John Grant earlier this morning to pledge my interest). Thursday then, i can imagine the morale status and tension that is in Bglobal at the moment,
must be un-bearable....

No time to answer that this morning, but I'm not sure I raised awareness here because of that, specifically. These kind of ructions are unusual and it will be a good lesson to anyone watch unfold and its impact on the sp, give how far the shares have already slumped.
