Re the AGM, after making an on-line request, NatWest Stockbrokers have sent me a "Letter of Representation" letter (gets around the nominee account issues).

So, subject to availability, should be there on the 30th.

VATTETON,

I guess you hold paper stock (in which case you should have/or will receive a voting card)?

I am only interested as I once had a large nominee shareholding in a company and I also bought a small certificated shareholding so as to receive annual invites, reports, etc (for "free").

This was cost effective as the nominee provider wanted a couple of limbs in exchange for these docs.

The announcement with JD Sports contract through BSmart shows the potential for this company. Holders might want to compare BGBL with UTW, another company that helps companies save energy and costs. I would like to buy into UTW as well, but at £100m it looks fully valued at present. BGBL is only valued at a little over £7m with £3m cash and seems better value to me - if they can get their business model right it could rise significantly from here. I would prefer that to a quick sell.

nothing wrong with nominee accounts, had one myself some years ago, a company called City Deal, they were on the ball.. However i prefer to deal direct with a broker on this type of stock (SEAQ)..(AIM).

VATTETON,

Have you got an invite?

Usual nominee account holder BS on my part, so I though I'd better double-check. Phoned BGlobal direct and they said it would be safest to have your voting card or letter of invite (as they're perfectly entitled to do).

UTW has a market cap of £100m on rapidly growing revenue. With the right management BGBL has potential as it operates in the same market area.

Utilitywise UTW shows that there is growth and value in this sector. BGBL has potential even without a fire sale.

Not that I am a big fan on chucking money at consultants but looks like they're trying to get the company back onto a more credible business footing.

Bought a few more today.

What's this company worth,?
I've asked this question before !!!!
They paid £12.8mll for Utilisoft back in 2010 of which £3.6mll was offloaded ( To the Ausis)
Makes sense of the todays price. ( is it fully valued)
So, what's the rest worth ?????

10p is not quite a premium just look at Lonmar of late share price 4p got taken out 9p from memory its quite standard to see a bid well over 100% OF share price as if a company wants what you have and has the bod to make work what BGBL cant ie a bigger fish more vision time and financial backing and time to develop , i would say within 6 weeks a bid in the 12-20p range is very likely as for me its very obvious a player is being lined up even PK states it and when mm's want 9.2 for a mere 5 grand when 7.25 tells a story, look at MAR at 5.9 they wanted 6.5 when ask 6 a few weeks back and SIM other day 32 p ask wanted 36p on iii both had big rises after lets see if this follows suit .
