Liquidation Effective date: 17th August 2015 Please be informed that Bglobal PLC entered into Members' Voluntary Liquidation appointed Philip Watkins of FRP Advisory LLP as a joint Liquidator under Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986. This became effective on the 17th August. Following the effective date, the liquidators have now made 2 cash distributions to shareholders, one on the 17th September for 1.8 pence per ordinary share and a second for 0.83 pence per ordinary share which brings the total distribution to 2.63 pence per ordinary share. A final nominal distribution for the remaining balance, estimated at 0.8 pence per share will take place in the New Year. | flyfisher

29/10/2015 13:56 | Are we not over due the final payment - stated to be around a month after the first. i.e. 22nd Oct. ? | weatherman
07/10/2015 09:35 | The company had around £5.3m at the beginning of the wind down. The next distribution should provide that about £2.9m has been returned. It will be interesting to read the accounts to understand where some of the cash has gone. When and how do shareholders get to see completion accounts ? edit - I rang the liquidator, who advised that the process is still delayed, awaiting response from the inland revenue, and that it is hoped that the final distribution will go out later this month. A letter will go out to shareholders regarding the accounts in due course. | flyfisher
