True on both counts - something we both agree on. However, it is a well known tactic to use in a counter and often most telling - if you cannot see this, you is an idiot!

It's no good getting bent out-out-shape just because I copied/pasted a document to save you the hassle of looking for it. If you were honest, you would have conceded you had already read it, but you chose not to because it would made you even more foolish. Afterall, it is easy to defend your defensive stance by your apparent faith in someone you apparently do not have any personal relationship with. I still find this odd, especially when measured against your emotional outburst.

Yorgi was named in court papers by a man sacked by Strat Aero in an attempt to discredit the company after being sacked. The person who was named as Yorgi, Jonathan Verney is incorrect and a number of people can verify that and some have. You then tried to discredit them.

So what can we conclude from that, well it seems Andy would advise people not to believe anything from the word of a stranger on a BB.

Right later he posted that he knew a guy who told him he had over 100 id's. He created new ones every day. So was this someone telling him over a BB, or by anonymous Private Message.......well surely not as Andy has advised that people should not believe anything from a stranger on BB. Unless he posts it of course :-)

Wait he says he knows this guy ! So is it a close friend someone he goes down the pub with, someone he works with possibly ? He knows him so he must consort with him in some way. Do they work together ?

However on post 3390 he says this person is no longer with us.....That sounds to me like the sort of thing someone would say when someone was no longer working in the same company to me.

So what is clear he LIES yet again. If you know someone then that is pretty much consorting with them. He knew him well enough to get into a discussion about ADVFN and BB and that person trusted him enough to tell him he had over 100 id's. Thats consorting.

Then he says in post 3390 he does not consort with pumpers and dumpers.....so which is true does he consort make friends with pumpers and dumpers or does he not so which is the truth which is the LIE ?

Whether or not this person has died as you have now posted you still claim to consorted with a pumper dumper in one post and then denied it in the next. Also you claims about me being named in court papers IS a lie. Fact.

Correct, people should always do their own research,and check out facts for themselves rather than rely on the word of another. (Sadly most want to be led by the hand and pumpers know and play on this, but I digress......)

No, he used to attend presentations in London where other private investors go to research companies for themselves!

Err no, for the 2nd time the person I am referring to has been deceased for some years, hence my comment "no longer with us"!

No it isn't, it's loose talk, and he told many people not just me, there was always a large group there! He was infamous and everyone knew him but to describe that as consorting with him is simply laughable.

Now then,would you care to tell people why you were named in US court papers in relation to Strat AERO postings on ADVFN?

Trading ahead of expectations
Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group plc (AIM: SAT), the global communications company specialising in rural and last mile broadband, provides a trading update for the financial year ended 30 November 2016.
Due to the strong performance of the combined existing and acquired businesses, the financial results for the year to 30 November 2016 are expected to be ahead of current market expectations.
During the year, the Company completed six acquisitions, secured GBP12m of new unsecured convertible debt funding from the Business Growth Fund and completed a successful equity placing, raising GBP12.1m to fund acquisitions.
Acquisition update
The on-boarding and integration of Avonline, Breiband and SkyMesh, which were acquired in July and August 2016, is on track. Organic growth is strong, particularly in Australia, where c.1,000 net new connections are now being added per month. Additionally, distribution partnership opportunities have been identified in both Scandinavia and Australia, which will be pursued in 2017.
Outlook
The Company enters 2017 with tremendous scope for both organic and acquisitive growth, both within existing markets and new territories. High levels of recurring revenue, increasing economies of scale and largely fixed overheads mean the Company is now structured to deliver significant revenue growth, high levels of operational gearing and strong cash generation over the next twelve months.
The Company is on track to exceed its previously stated strategy of achieving 100,000 customers by the end of the 2017 financial period.

You do NOT know the name of the person who has registered the username Yorgi. It is not named in the court papers that is incorrect, wrong. Yorgi was named by Husley Smith in court papers but I am not Jonathan Verney.

Scotty and Atlantic have both confirmed that. Scotty who I have email contact with over a number of years and also spoken to on the phone and Atlantic who I have also had contact with by email, phone and met at a presentation in London.

However you chose to dismiss those two posters and make foolish suggestions, anyone who were to study the posting history of Yorgi, Scotty and Atlantic would see they are written by different people.

On the strength of the evidence in HS's court papers the company bottled it and paid him out!

Roofer, I've been a holder of AVN before it was even Avanti, I go back to the old screen media days and have always expected the company would come good. Just to prove how long I've been invested here's a post of mine back in 2010.



I sold out earlier this year, I decided I didn't like the way things are going. I'm retired now, I've made my money and now it is more important for me to change my investment strategy to create income. AVN doesn't pay a divi.

You will notice that since I sold I haven't posted much. I've not been one of the ones driving the share price down. (OK I've posted a bit these last few days but that is for other reasons.) I still keep an eye on the board because I sincerely hope it comes good for the holders.

AVN isn't for me these days but that doesn't mean it isn't for you if you've done your homework.

Roofer - the problem you and AVN have - their business model has proven not to work and the bears have called this correct. An unmistakable fact I'm afraid. You can blame the bears if you like, however, if I were a holder I would be angry with management and perhaps the coordinated rampers, but then that would be foolish because anyone acting on any comments without their own DD deserves all they reep. If it's any consolation, I know how you feel - I have been where you are more than once in 32 years of doing my own research and investing. I don't mean to sound condescending if it reads so.
