Would you not agree it's 3rd world countries that are growing rapidly from a very low base ?

Why did it go down? because of covenant breaches right? Now that's removed.

Avanti Communications Group Plc New $100 Million Super Senior Facility

The interest rate is 7.5% p.a, versus a rate of over 10% p.a. on the facility that is being replaced.


The Super Senior Facility will close upon execution of the necessary documents which the Company expects to occur on or around 21 June 2017. Upon the incurrence of the Super Senior Facility, the Company will cancel all outstanding commitments for holders of its 2021 PIK Toggle Notes to purchase delayed draw notes on 30 June 2017 and 30 November 2017.

Very difficult to get a facility if you can't show pending deals or contracts.
Chart ugly seems to me it has bottomed and at this price worth a punt.

It's a pity, once a great company, now reduced to being ramped by 100p tomorrow imbecile miahkayser. Not sure how much this jiggling of 50m of debt will affect the company overall, apart from stemming debt spiral slightly. However, slowly slowly the company does appear to be turning, but still a mountsin of the 'long term' stuff to think about repaying. Good day for 'genuine' holders

Contract win

UniVision, the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed circuit television and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a major contract by MTR Corporation Limited in Hong Kong.("MTR Corporation").

The contract provides the for the replacement works of the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for Island Line (ISL), Kwun Tong Line (KTL), Tsuen Wan Line (TWL) ), Tseung Kwan O Line (TKL), Airport Express (AEL), Tung Chung Line (TCL), Disneyland Resort Line (DRL), East Rail Line (EAL), Ma On Shan Line (MOL), West Rail Line (WRL) and 22 stops of Light Rail (LRL), and the provision of new CCTVs for 47 stops of LRL.

The existing analogue CCTV system installed in the stations along ISL, KTL, TWL, TKL, AEL, TCL, DRL, EAL, MOL and WRL and the Internet Protocol (IP) CCTV system installed at 22 stops in LRL will be replaced with a unified IP-based CCTV system.

The total value of the Contract awarded is HK$389.4m (GBP38.1m).

The Contract commences immediately and the completion date for the replacement works is anticipated to be in November 2023.

I have to date reported four companies to the Financial Reporting Council asking it to investigate accounts which I believe to be fraudulent and or misleading. So where am I with these four and what is the common thread?
