Assuming Hylas 4 is worth $400m, AVN could sell a quarter of it to a competitor / partner for $100m to get it off the ground. The Equity Research forecast suggested that only 75% of Hylas 4 would be utilised within 5 years, so that quarter would not impact their business model in the short or medium term.

All in my opinion.

I will go a step further and suggest you are associated with Yorgi. On what grounds you shout, while you stamp your feet and wave your arms in incredulity?

It is of course impossible for me to prove, so let's look at the tell-tail signs for my outlandish hypothesis.

1: Your strenuous defensive behaviour of someone by your own admission do not know
2: The tenacity of your defensive task
3: The rather odd number of positive votes - 8, 7, 7, 6, 5, 4, 4. This clearly points to multiple usernames at work - Not even the most respected bulls get those votes in my time shorting this dog the past 18 months. However, the positive votes tailed off the as soon as I pointed them out - coincidence? I suspect not
4: The man himself has apparently left you do his bidding - by the most part
5: Your emotional outbursts and sarcasm
6: Your disingenuous attempts at answering basic but important questions, instead you become flippant, arrogant and condescending
7: All of the above indicate you have too much invested in the debate for truth
8: Your apparent refusal to admit to reading the court doc actually become one of the biggest red flags of them all. I don't believe for one moment you have not read them, I strongly suspect you are well aware of the contents and why AERO settled before court proceedings - A real pity because had they gone to court the whole sorry saga would have emerged and we would not be having this sorry exchange.

AVN might be trying to trade their way out of this. If they can show strong growth in sales, cut costs, and renegotiate debt to get a lower interest rate, the company may soon become sustainable.

All speculation, but I would have thought we would have heard about an open offer before now.

I will join you and yorgi in the solicitors office. You might need to give me a few days notice because I'm not allowed to drive at present following a fall. DVLA get a bit sniffy about a fractured skull and spine.

Other than that how about someone who posts on this thread sending me a personal message via ADVFN. I will reply directly to that person, my email address includes my name and I will email them a copy of my passport. It will confirm sg31 is not Jonathan Verney. They can then confirm on here that I'm not
