23/11/2016 12:22 | Have we been here before with the FT? Oh yeah...@48p So we have had Yorgi, spurslegend and now dice1950 all on the same day. Uhm - what's that saying? You can fool some of the people some of the time.... Jonathan Verney (@jonathan_verney) | elrico

23/11/2016 11:22 | I am JK. Did you not see the link I posted which in turn provides a link to his email to and from AERO? He has a response from me. I know his name and the PR firm he heads. Jonathan Verney (@jonathan_verney) TWITTER | elrico
23/11/2016 11:14 | Yorgi - That is quite a response, wasted on me i'm afraid. Don't play the politician with me dear fellow. Let me put you correct on a very important point, even some of the long term longs here will be well aware of. The Welsh twit, as I call him had a title before he attempted to bully me - he is well aware of who I am and so are ADVFN. Williams has already threatened me, he has had the very information you want me to repost again removed, not once, but twice by ADVFN. It was removed because I refused to edit offending factual remarks. I am sure people like weatherman, roofer and michaelmouse, ETC will remember these events. I am of course well aware TW tipped AVN and had a heady valuation for the company. However, TW had the courage to admit his mistake when he uncovered serious misgiving and turned bear - That is my understanding of events. I am not here to defend TW, he is big and ugly enough to defend himself, other than to say, it is my experience the share price site do a lot of fact checking before making serious and potentially libelous comments because they are always threatened with legal. It is not a good business model to go about hurling libelous accusations without checking facts, I am sure even you would agree. You on the other hand have been named in a legal document made public as demonstrated in my post 3342, which prompted your charade this morning. If as you appear to be doing, claim HS has created and published false email which identifies, you as a PR man behind rampstatic events around AERO, then I suggest you take it up with HS lawyers and TW. "Also if you do the research on the LSE site you will find LSE poster sayitlikeitis admitted to being the person named and that he was not the poster Yorgi (me) on ADVFN." Deflection tactic - you gave up a poster with very little history on the asylum for a more prolific one on ADVFN, which has more traffic than LSE. Like a good PR man Jonathan Verney (Air Communications) you appear to have a lot of info to hand. | elrico
23/11/2016 11:01 | Your memory served you well Sg31, mine hadn't but I found reference to it in posts late last night, here are a couple as you rightly comment just after the successful launch of Hylas 1 smarm 26 Nov '10 - 19:28 - 1605 of 11966 0 0 (premium) sirkevinfoo - David Williams just said £25 and beyond as part of his thank you speech. S adorling 26 Nov '10 - 19:31 - 1608 of 11966 0 0 (premium) Nice to hear David Williams just say in his "thank you" speech that he is pleased that Avanti will reward its investors by getting to £25 a share! What a great live feed tonight. Cannot wait til Monday morning 8.00am! | yorgi
23/11/2016 09:18 | But is trying to deny it! He's even quoting a post on LSE Chat as 'proof'! LOL! | andy
22/11/2016 23:52 | Elrico With reference to your post 3342, it is a completely false and foolish accusation made by Hulsey Smith in his efforts to discredit the BOD of AERO as I hosted a BB for AERO. I am not paid by AERO or anyone else. TW on his troll site ran with the story without making the slightest attempt to check if there was any validity in the accusation at all but used it purely for the sensationalisation for his own purpose in his attack on AERO and to try and attract more hits to his website. Poor journalism I would say without any hesitation. I'm surprised you have not done any research as you can see I have hosted a number of threads over the years for various companies I have had an interest in, some companies that have done well and others not. There are plenty of people who host BB's on ADVFN of companies they have an interest in that does not mean they are paid. I have just been looking at your posting history and you appear to be very enthusiastic about OPTI, does that mean you are paid by OPTI ! As for Dice1950 who spams many BB's under many names over the years and it would appear sometimes several at the same time. I always ban them from my BB's when I spot them but of course when he subscribes as he is with Dice1950 I am unable to. I have no connection to him at all either. I can't help it if his latest ramp is AVN. EDIT Also if you do the research on the LSE site you will find LSE poster sayitlikeitis admitted to being the person named and that he was not the poster Yorgi (me) on ADVFN. | yorgi
22/11/2016 22:42 | Don't take my word YORGI etc are paid for rampers.... The PR spinners can be seen in a legal document via the link. sayitlikeitis on LSE A detailed dossier posted by Hulsey Smith as part of his legal claims against AIM Casino listed Strat Aero (AERO) is in our possession and can be accessed below. It contains numerous internal emails appearing to show clear fraud by Strat as it raised money time and time again on AIM, the payment of a poster to ramp on Bulletin Boards and that the business model was just not viable. It will be humiliating both for Strat and for its broker Beaufort Securities which raised all that cash and which is involved in many of the email exchanges. Shares in Aero, appear to be utterly worthless in light of what appears here and the potential for regulatory fall out and thus must be suspended at once and the FCA must step in. - See more at: | elrico

22/11/2016 09:35 | #AVN Going north fast are bidders now showing what they are offering now everthing is sorted. SEPTEMBER 16, 2016 by: Mehreen Khan Avanti Communications, the London-listed satellite group, said it is still in discussions with potential buyers over an acquisition after its larger rival Inmarsat, ruled out a bid for the company last month. Avanti, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Aim market, has been conducting a “strategic review” since the summer, fuelling speculation that it will be acquired by private equity investors or a larger rival. In an update on progress with the review, Avanti said: Avanti has engaged in discussions with a number of potential acquirors or investors around a strategic transaction and discussions are on-going with interested parties. Upon the completion of due diligence by interested parties, the Board intends to request best and final indicative offers for a potential acquisition or any strategic investment in the Company. David Williams, CEO Avanti Communications Group plc (AVN) Seraphim Capital Launches £80m Space Tech Fund UK Published on November 22, 2016 London, UK-based Seraphim Capital has launched an £80m space tech venture capital fund. The Seraphim Space Fund, which is backed by a £30m investment from the British Business Bank (made under its Enterprise Capital Funds program) alongside capital from international space companies, family offices and individual investors, is targeting the final close during the next two quarters. Led by Managing Partner Michael Jones, the founder of Google Earth, and Google’s former Chief Technology Advocate, the fund will invest in early-stage space-related businesses advancing commercial applications in both downstream (software), and upstream (hardware) opportunities, as well as in technologies that have potential space applications such as artificial intelligence, robotics and nanomaterials. In particular, the new vehicle will focus on companies that use digital data from satellites that is already delivering commercial advantage and social innovations ranging from intelligent transport and smart cities through to sectors such as insurance, maritime, agriculture or oil and gas. In order to identify opportunities, the presence of Jones ensures the fund will get access to Silicon Valley. In Europe, it partners with the European Space Agency (ESA). Finally, in the UK, Seraphim Space will be supported by new initiatives led by the Satellite Applications Catapult and will be backing the creation of UK Space Tech Angels (a new venture from London Business Angels) that will put the fund at the heart of the space-related start-up ecosystem. David Williams, CEO of UK quoted satellite operator Avanti Communications Group plc., conceived the fund and joined it as Chairman of the Advisory Board. | dice1950
