cyfran, And that, in my opinion, is exactly why this AGR is so attractive. Covered, growing, dividend in about as safe a market as you can get. I consider this a haven for cash rather than 1% in the bank! DYOR etc

Someone will have to explain to me how PHP and MXF fight gravity.

From the outside they look like a Ponzi scheme in all but name. They need the new money in each time to keep buying assets and pay the otherwise uncovered dividend, the stock is getting more and more diluted.

At some point they have to change their business model surely?
