22/5/2015 13:38 | Yeah I grabbed a few more off the order book at 58. Notice a couple of large sell orders filled - will be interesting to see RNS. | melody9999
21/5/2015 14:27 | I had sold about a half of my holding near to the recent high..on the back of that set of results I bought them back @ 57.75 | badtime
21/5/2015 10:08 | Agree with the above sentiments. The company looks to be in a very good place atm with Government support in their area of operation likely to continue. My 2nd largest holding, a 'sleep-easy' income investment, so very happy to continue holding. | wirralowl
21/5/2015 08:50 | does what it says on the tin. Ultra safe, covered and steadily growing divi. Wish I had ten more like this. Best regards SBP | stupidboypike

22/4/2015 19:38 | Excerpt from Primary Health Care Properties Plc trading update: Outlook The General Election on 7 May 2015 is finely balanced and the outcome uncertain. The recent release of the different party manifestos has once again emphasised support from all parties for the NHS. Varying levels of commitment to provide additional funding have been made which should support the strategy announced by Simon Stevens in his five year plan for NHS England. This sees GP based primary care continue to be the bedrock of the NHS, augmented by moving more services into the community and integrating them with social and other care services. Further modern, flexible premises such as those provided by PHP will be required to achieve this. We have seen the first awards made from the Primary Care Infrastructure Fund, established in November 2014 by the government to specifically facilitate premises enhancement. Twelve PHP properties have been allocated funding from this pool in the first round awards and management is working with our tenants to ensure that this is utilised effectively. 21/4/2015 19:28 | Thanks for that article...very interesting | badtime
21/4/2015 17:10 | It may well be political worries but something has to done with regard to the modernisation of Primary Health Care facilities, regardless of who is in power post May 7 Old story but worth a read nonetheless: | hyperboreus
21/4/2015 16:44 | Well they don't seem to want to hold that 60p ...i must admit to taking half off the table at that high of 63p as they seemed to rush ahead of themselves..below 55 and I we probably buy bak them back Political worries? | badtime
15/4/2015 16:36 | I mentioned previously that I thought some overseas buying was taking place and it would appear that has been the case for the last few weeks: Ex-div tomorrow | hyperboreus
02/4/2015 08:10 | Don't want to put the mockers on things either - but really pleased that the S/P has held firm in the face of Labour threats to cap profits of those that do business with the NHS. | trader2
31/3/2015 16:55 | Yet another impressive performance finishing at 62.25p giving Assura a market cap of over £630 million. Today's pattern of trading follows that of the last week or so with heavy buying from 14:30hrs onwards suggesting overseas funds maybe? I don't want to put the mockers on things here but it is perfectly feasible the way things are motoring at the moment that Assura could well become a FTSE 350 constituent in the not too distant future. | hyperboreus
30/3/2015 21:47 | Yes bad wording by me....I don't rate them as highly as AGR...but the div they pay is higher and has served me well..no capital growth etc | badtime
30/3/2015 21:15 | Not previously on my radar, apparently they joined in March 2013. You may be aware of this badtime but if not this link may be of interest to you? [...] | hyperboreus
