26/4/2019 09:30 | Hi a chat with MDV yesterday and everything going on track. Kerim was in turkey last week with Pally hence his presentation. Directors are in a closed period while preparing documents got the impression he wished he was not in closed period but that's my interpretation. | bigglesbingham
26/4/2019 08:59 | These bounce backs are really healthy. | bigglesbingham

25/4/2019 15:12 | Many thanks for the update, it's the quiet lines regarding how experts within the industry speak about aau that speaks volumes!! | bigglesbingham
25/4/2019 14:55 | pally - awesome report thanks. | charles clore

24/4/2019 15:30 | Seems I've been in this share forever......been to lofty heights of 3p years ago......when does the panel think this will be on a value with Marl .....lol | tailgunner
23/4/2019 22:10 | Would have liked more energy. Having said that if you look at strategic minerals their management is over the top Aussies. Content was good but purpose of presentation was to inspire confidence which results in shares being purchased . To that end is wasn't successful , to me I found it reassuring and encouraging . I like MDV as a person just that some people have areas of expertise and he didn't look comfortable as emphasised by him saying any questions or can we go ha ha. | bigglesbingham
23/4/2019 21:58 | As a lecturer for 12 years I would suggest to MdV 3 main areas of improvement for future presentations: 1. Wear a lapel mic to avoid going out of audio range when walking towards the screen 2. Use a laser pointer NOT fingers to highlight slide info 3. Attend a 3-day presentation course to improve speaking confidence. It really works! I do agree the information given was of great value. | charles clore
23/4/2019 21:50 | Not the greatest presentation perhaps, but not the worst either. Along with the points indicated by Biggles I also noted a reiteration that he saw no need for fundraising for exploration/developm | jaynesdad
23/4/2019 21:05 | On the contrary I thought MDV was perfectly okay except for his microphone indulgencies and in true Ariana tradition was well understated and matter of fact. | 8rad
23/4/2019 20:59 | Ironically the presentation was presented poorly as I think MDV is and account not a born presenter, however some excellent info if you persevere. The mine life now considered to be more than 11 years, Tara an production being aimed for next year up to 30000 additional ounces. Salinbas need to be developed further to see whether they go alone , JV or sell for a COUPLE of hundred million dollars. MDV clearly showed what he believed will happen. Sometimes when your nervous delivering info , trying to sell something your true aspirations come out. Kierem on other hand is very in control when he delivers and remains very conservative and unflustered. I wouldnt mind a go at presenting cos I'm dam sure I'd sell the companys story to potential investors, unfortunately most people buy people not the story and I get why Keirim and MDV conduct the presentations but is it time to get professional marketing people to get the story across at these events? However we employ Panmure Gordon to sell the story to institutions so the board may think they can't do a worse job that them so they'll do it!! | bigglesbingham
23/4/2019 19:04 | Im inclined to agree Charles, MDV seemed quite uncomfortable on the stand. | kirbs4
23/4/2019 18:06 | Not seen such a bad presentation in a long while! | charles clore
23/4/2019 17:25 | Thanks sleveen and bigglesbingham. | soulsauce

23/4/2019 16:00 | Interesting article from Liontrust Micro Cap fund. Panmure Gordon get your finger out! No minimum investment amount!! What is a Micro Cap?There is no cut-and-dried definition of the micro cap universe, and we don't make any distinction between micro caps and nano caps. For the Liontrust UK Micro Cap Fund, we define a micro cap company as one capitalised at less than £150m at purchase. There is no lower limit. To enable us to capture a significant proportion of the rapid early-stage growth of the investee companies, we will hold stocks up to a market cap of £250m before beginning a managed exit process. Why small is beautiful1. Rapid GrowthMicro cap investment offers an exciting opportunity to capitalise on the fast early growth phase of dynamic, entrepreneurial companies. Dynamic micro cap businesses are agile. They can take share from incumbents in markets experiencing disruptive change. Or they can create greenfield opportunities for innovative products and services. There is substantial evidence that the micro cap space can offer excellent investment returns. The smallest listed companies, as measured by the Numis 1000 Index, have outperformed the FTSE All-Share Index by over 15 times since 1955. 2. Skin in the gameHigh levels of management equity ownership are much more common among the smallest companies on the market. We believe that this 'skin in the game' acts as a strong motivator, as well as creating a more conservative business ethos focusing on organic growth and lower balance sheet gearing. It also provides good alignment of the long-term interests between managers and shareholders.3. Under-researchedAnot | bigglesbingham
23/4/2019 12:31 | Hardly any volume and small sells so most likely your average bored AIM investor looking for more excitement elsewhere. | jc2706
23/4/2019 12:31 | biggles - take it from me not all of the trades published today are sells. I just bought 250k for example for 1.835p and am expecting a move through 2p very soon. | charles clore |
