17/5/2019 11:02 | soul - imho it would be disingenuous of the company to tweet 'clear mineralisation' if it wasn't actually gold | charles clore
17/5/2019 10:59 | Quite catsick. | soulsauce
17/5/2019 10:58 | Exactly! Very limited downside versus MASSIVE UPSIDE is my current view on AAU. I had the same view of MARL at 2p. :-))) | goldenshare888
17/5/2019 10:54 | Even if the bits are rice crispies we are undervalued based on Kiziltepe alone .... | catsick
17/5/2019 10:53 | I feel we are on the cusp of a MAJOR BREAKOUT here at LONG LAST! Look at the chart and the expected newsflow coming in over next weeks/months.... Drool! :-))))) | goldenshare888
17/5/2019 10:50 | Bigglesbingham can you text kerim and ask him what the yellow bits are ;-) | soulsauce
17/5/2019 10:49 | Lol Plasybryn worst cereal ever. Seriously if that was gold you would be talking 100s of ounces not grammes per tonne and I don't think they would be showing it to the world. Be nice to be wrong though. | soulsauce
17/5/2019 10:44 | Love a duck!! :-)))))))) | goldenshare888
17/5/2019 10:33 | I also remember one of the challenges being access, that even though there was clearly gold in them there hills, they were exactly that, hills, and wouldnt be straightforward to mine. I dont recall seeing anything to the contrary however am aware of the road, and the fact they have had foresry permits etc suggests it is something they can overcome. Does anyone have an update on that side of things i have missed? | kirbs4
17/5/2019 10:25 | The difference between the current Salinbas resource and Hot Maden is grade. Hot Maden's PEA was based on 11g/t and 1.9% copper whereas the current resource at Salinbas is at most 2g/t. Which is why finding a 'sweet spot' could make such a difference. Currently the resources is nice but not enough to get the market truly excited. Hot Maden type results would transform that overnight. | jc2706
17/5/2019 10:22 | Ariana Resources plc @ArianaResources · 2h2 hours ago Clear evidence of mineralisation in porphyry, seen in RC chips at the Salinbas Gold Project #AAU #gold #HotGoldCorridor | someuwin
17/5/2019 10:20 | LOL We already know gold is there, this just looks like they are going to find a lot more!! Is the current exploration target something like an additional c1.5M OZ to make a new global total of c 2.5M OZ for this 100% AAU area? I am getting quite excited........ :-)))) | goldenshare888
17/5/2019 10:16 | Fools gold ? | catsick
17/5/2019 10:15 | The tweet says CLEAR evidence of mineralisation so someone immediately says 'fools gold' lol. It could be the proverbial elephant. These hugely dense deposits are most sought after in the gold exploration circles but rarely ever found. If anyone can find one my money would be on Kerim and his team. Now if we had one of those I think it would have to reflect in the share price. By the way imho the chart has formed a cup and handle and could be about to break upwards to around 2.75p. Getting hard to ignore even for the most sceptical. | charles clore
17/5/2019 10:09 | Someone's Kellogg's Golden Nugget cereal accidentally spilt perhaps!! Looks special to me. | plasybryn
17/5/2019 10:05 | Well clearly, being shown to the world, it wont be one of their worse samples. | thanksamillion
17/5/2019 09:51 | catsick we can not be certain the yellowy bits are gold. That much gold in a sample that small would be huge. | soulsauce
17/5/2019 09:48 | Visible gold on the first day of a major drill program is pretty amazing. And it looks like a major amount too ! | catsick
17/5/2019 09:42 | So MARL owned 30% of a 4m. oz deposit at Hot Maden - say 1.2m. oz attributable to them. They were then sold for $175m. AAU own 100% of a 1m. oz deposit with probably more to come. We are capitalised at £20m. Either we are missing something here or the general market is. | red imp
17/5/2019 09:41 | I owned MARL from 2p level to 50p -70p spike levels. Can you imagine if Salinbas comes up trumps!! :-))) Even if Salinbas turns out to be a third as good as HOT MADEN we are in for one hell of a ride here........... :-)) | goldenshare888
17/5/2019 09:31 | And MARL owned 30% of Hot Maden whereas.... | jc2706
17/5/2019 09:19 | Fingers crossed for MARL (HOT MADEN) II :-)))) | goldenshare888
17/5/2019 09:17 | I really like Kerins recent statements re Salinbas initial findings being "what we expected". Wink Wink nudge nudge! | thanksamillion
17/5/2019 09:09 | Kirbs4, I think that a very strong gold price would also be a catalyst - gold miners tend to perform spectacularly well in a gold bull market. But in the absence of that Salinbas has the potential to provide the fireworks. | jc2706 |
