Oh iceagefarmer how naive.

Your simply an Eskimo and he has ice you need, keep buying it up.

Lenigas is a scam artist, he takes a useless asset, makes you think there's billions in gold or crit mineral or even oil then flies off before you've realized it was all lies based on some very bad exploration data that seems all to easily manipulated in Aim type companies.

The trick is to find some oil or gold in a small amount then base this as a reason there is billions more down there. Next do some shoddy exploration and produce reports and maps that sort of suggest he could be right. Then after rinsing every penny and constantly producing more supportive data the shilling finally drops but with all that cash he can quit and buy some other useless tatt to repeat the process.

There's no law to stop him really it's upto you to decide wether his reputation is worth it or not. Coincidentally out of the hundred and fifty or so companies he has done this at or been a part off it was noted that one or two did go on to do well. Great odds now would you like some frosting with that ice, were about to see a lack of frosting with global warming temperatures and I can sell it to you cheap now before it's value goes up ten thousand percent, do we have a deal?

This is an ordinary resolution to grant the Directors with authority to allot and issue shares and grant rights to subscribe for shares in the Company for the purposes of Section 551 of the Act up to the maximum aggregate nominal amount of £3,876.84 (being 100% of the Company’s issued share capital following the issue and allotment to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust announced on 3 May 2024). This Resolution replaces any existing authorities to issue shares in the Company and the authority under this Resolution will expire at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company."

I don't see that being enough to even finish off paying the final instalments of the first £2m tranche from YA. Expect another GM to raise more or have UKOG found another source of funding?

JT More of a stench than a smell I'd say, whatever type of excrement it is.

On the EBT, it looks like ShareCoin Sanderson is doing this now to ensure that the EBT has the maximum of 10% holding before calling the AGM, which is overdue. This may be because he is expecting a vote to remove him at that AGM and he wants to keep his snout in the trough for as long as possible, although I don't see how the trough can survive much longer anyway.

It also indicates UKOG are unlikely to be issuing any more CLN shares anytime soon as that would take the EBT back under the maximum of 10%. It also seems that he waited until the CLN shares had been sold down, which seems to have started before it was notified to market and before those shares were admitted on AIM. Anyone feel like bringing that to the attention of the FCA?

1347: the chances of “seven digits” making a comeback anywhere, even on AIM, must be even slimmer than this.

Re the RNS, the Augean stable that is UKOG smells a little stronger even than it has heretofore, innit? Apologies for mixed metaphor, yes I know this suggests cattle dung rather than horse but you know what I mean.

Oh and if anyone wants to know the probability of 7 digits exactly matching in a series of numbers, i.e. the first 7 digits of 152,796,721 and of 32,796,721 then it's very, very low, if it were just 2 events it would be 1 in 10 million.

Another late 45,000,000 trade so this may be the last of the CLN trades or it could be made up of those 25m plus 2 x 10 m trades. Either way it looks to me that they've been forward sold before admission on AIM. This company and it's directors really ought to be investigated, there's simply been too much dodgy stuff going on over several years.

I think those that researched it on the LSE ended up dead right on siesmics and oil in place.
