Yer the geology was always bad, easy for a company to make that look good though which is a distinct issue with a lot of similar type companies that pump off very little and no real big picture just hoping you want to throw a dart for a few million at made up target.

1347: yes, it’s crystal clear that these massive tranches of shares they’re having to give their lenders in lieu of cash settlement will force the price even lower, even while UKOG try to borrow more money to pay executive salaries and the smaller bills associated with AIM listing and maintaining an office somewhere. The mugs and dopes need a new fairytale, quickly. Has UKOG ever had a presence in Zimbabwe? Perhaps they’ve got some diamonds in a bank vault that they’re waiting to tell their shareholders about. That’s a good one.

To be fair , they brought it on themselves. Several people tried to explain that the geology wouldn't allow decent oil flows without fracking (the billion barrel calculation was clearly nonsense). Also that UKOG appeared to deliberately drill in the wrong place to hit a pocket of oil in a fault. They knew better though.

JT They've got the Portland Rainbow and are stating that a company which, as you say, has an MCAP of just £1.3 m is somehow going to have the finance and resources to build a huge hydrogen storage hub on the South coast. It takes fantasy to a whole new level.

Bionic, before my time on ADVN, but it does illustrate that ShareCoin Sanderson was quite happy to see pensioners lose money on his ponzi-like schemes. A despicable individual in my view and I'm counting the days until Madame Karma catches up with him, and a few others.

I do have a talent , it's valuing oil in the ground. I take into account P1 , P2 , P3 reserves , the geology , extraction costs , stability of the region and many other factors. That's how I make money. But you don't have to worry yourself with that sort of nonsense.

1347: Mr. Sanderson should lure onto his Board Angus’s Mr. Zielicki. He might soon come up with some exotic valuation metric á la EV/EBITDA (though not that particular one, given the absence of earnings here) showing that UKOG is trading at a tenth of its proper value. Something that sounds good to the mugs and dopes, who could fantasise over it among themselves for a week or so. Otherwise, the present market capitalisation of just £1.3mm presages a total capitulation in quite short order, surely?

I don't know, you'd think some might have raised a few doubts about this company by now wouldn't you?

Also this is what they said when they took out the latest PayDay Death Spiral Loan on 28th June 2023.

"The principal amount of each Advance is deemed to have been established with an accrued premium of 4.5% on the relevant drawdown date (i.e., a fee of 4.5% is incurred on each drawdown which will be added to the principal sum to be repaid)."

Now it's not clear to me whether they have drawn just £2m or also actually drawn the additional 2 x £0.5 m on November 17th 2023 and February 16th 2024. So the fees are either 4.5% x £2,000,000 which is £90,000, or 4.5% x £3,000,000 which is £135,000. So how the hell do they get to fees of £502,000 in FY to 30th September 2023?

This company and it's directors and the NOMAD needs a full and proper investigation in my opinion.

£502,000 was fees for the convertible loan.
