22/4/2024 05:28 | Honfacifi is all mouth and no action Just a chicken. | thaibob1
21/4/2024 19:44 | Yer the geology was always bad, easy for a company to make that look good though which is a distinct issue with a lot of similar type companies that pump off very little and no real big picture just hoping you want to throw a dart for a few million at made up target. | honfacifi
21/4/2024 19:41 | 1347: yes, it’s crystal clear that these massive tranches of shares they’re having to give their lenders in lieu of cash settlement will force the price even lower, even while UKOG try to borrow more money to pay executive salaries and the smaller bills associated with AIM listing and maintaining an office somewhere. The mugs and dopes need a new fairytale, quickly. Has UKOG ever had a presence in Zimbabwe? Perhaps they’ve got some diamonds in a bank vault that they’re waiting to tell their shareholders about. That’s a good one. | jtidsbadly
21/4/2024 19:01 | To be fair , they brought it on themselves. Several people tried to explain that the geology wouldn't allow decent oil flows without fracking (the billion barrel calculation was clearly nonsense). Also that UKOG appeared to deliberately drill in the wrong place to hit a pocket of oil in a fault. They knew better though. | bionicdog
21/4/2024 18:53 | JT They've got the Portland Rainbow and are stating that a company which, as you say, has an MCAP of just £1.3 m is somehow going to have the finance and resources to build a huge hydrogen storage hub on the South coast. It takes fantasy to a whole new level. Bionic, before my time on ADVN, but it does illustrate that ShareCoin Sanderson was quite happy to see pensioners lose money on his ponzi-like schemes. A despicable individual in my view and I'm counting the days until Madame Karma catches up with him, and a few others. | 1347
21/4/2024 18:53 | Only your thoughts Honfacifi/Ryanrhys Because you have a agenda to harm Alba, this is because you want the Roberts to get that mine back for them self's. This will never happen because Alba will be getting that gold, I've been informed from a good valuable source that Alba will never stop until the gold is found and processed. Your wasting your time you idiot, watch and learn. Hold for gold Alba United 🇬🇧 | thaibob1
21/4/2024 17:34 | Whatever happened to Mike Warrington and his fellow pensioners? They referred to themselves as "decents" and filtered me for telling them that it was a con. mikeygit 20 Feb '18 - 19:26 - 69841 of 84797 bionicdog---what a waste of a talent---FILTEReD!! bionicdog 20 Feb '18 - 19:31 - 69842 of 84797 Edit You're too kind Mike. I do have a talent , it's valuing oil in the ground. I take into account P1 , P2 , P3 reserves , the geology , extraction costs , stability of the region and many other factors. That's how I make money. But you don't have to worry yourself with that sort of nonsense. | bionicdog
21/4/2024 17:03 | 1347: Mr. Sanderson should lure onto his Board Angus’s Mr. Zielicki. He might soon come up with some exotic valuation metric á la EV/EBITDA (though not that particular one, given the absence of earnings here) showing that UKOG is trading at a tenth of its proper value. Something that sounds good to the mugs and dopes, who could fantasise over it among themselves for a week or so. Otherwise, the present market capitalisation of just £1.3mm presages a total capitulation in quite short order, surely? | jtidsbadly
21/4/2024 16:15 | RF and YA then dump all these shares further killing the company. Everyday 15 to 20k sold until a million or so is eaten through. But even the RF and YA investors have had enough of the Aim failures. Got to be desperate and screwed to take their loans anyway! | honfacifi
21/4/2024 14:18 | I don't know, you'd think some might have raised a few doubts about this company by now wouldn't you? Also this is what they said when they took out the latest PayDay Death Spiral Loan on 28th June 2023. "The principal amount of each Advance is deemed to have been established with an accrued premium of 4.5% on the relevant drawdown date (i.e., a fee of 4.5% is incurred on each drawdown which will be added to the principal sum to be repaid)." Now it's not clear to me whether they have drawn just £2m or also actually drawn the additional 2 x £0.5 m on November 17th 2023 and February 16th 2024. So the fees are either 4.5% x £2,000,000 which is £90,000, or 4.5% x £3,000,000 which is £135,000. So how the hell do they get to fees of £502,000 in FY to 30th September 2023? This company and it's directors and the NOMAD needs a full and proper investigation in my opinion. | 1347
21/4/2024 12:58 | Why did nobody warn? | bionicdog
21/4/2024 12:21 | Pay £502,000 to borrow £2,000,000? Masterpiece of financing that! So the CLN fees were one third of the corrent MCAP. Game over here I reckon, just a question of how long ShareCoin Sanderdson can drag it out for to squeeze every last drop out this ponzi like company into his own pockets. | 1347
21/4/2024 10:17 | "Finance costs amounted to £0.6 million (2022: £0.2 million), relating primarily to convertible loan finance costs and unwinding of discounts on decommissioning provisions." £502,000 was fees for the convertible loan. | jammydodger2
20/4/2024 15:56 | I've cleared nothing up with you You only hear voices in your head Like I've said before Your deluded. | thaibob1
20/4/2024 14:24 | So 'B' then, thanks for clearing that one up! | honfacifi
20/4/2024 14:04 | Honfacifi You never see the big picture !! Your scaremongering and hate campaign will not do any harm to Alba because nobody takes a blind bit of notice of what you say. You have proven what type of person you are and you lost all credibility. Nothing you say or do will never put me off buying more shares with Alba, and thousands more investors will carry on buying shares. Your a one man band beating your own little drum, Alba is a army. So go on ryanrhys go beat your little drum, Nothing but a drummer boy 😅😅 Hold for gold Alba United 🇬🇧 | thaibob1
