The short of the latest Accounts seems to be either streamline or decommission UKOG then get government funding for UKEN which as a subsidiary will start selling shares and raising as a fresh start for SS.

Revenue down, costs up, a recipe for disaster. Gross profit £275,000, finance costs £589,000. Can’t even generate enough to cover the finance costs, even before G&A, including ShareCoin Sandersons excessive wages. If UKOG was a hospital patient they'd have stuck a DNR notice on the end of its bed by now.

Other than that my calcs show that they are pretty much out of working capital. As far as I can see they've still only drawn down £ 2 million of the £ 3 million Riverfart Payday loan, so unless they can draw some more down or do yet another placing pretty sharpish then I would say they only have weeks before the tank is empty.
