JT More of a stench than a smell I'd say, whatever type of excrement it is.

On the EBT, it looks like ShareCoin Sanderson is doing this now to ensure that the EBT has the maximum of 10% holding before calling the AGM, which is overdue. This may be because he is expecting a vote to remove him at that AGM and he wants to keep his snout in the trough for as long as possible, although I don't see how the trough can survive much longer anyway.

It also indicates UKOG are unlikely to be issuing any more CLN shares anytime soon as that would take the EBT back under the maximum of 10%. It also seems that he waited until the CLN shares had been sold down, which seems to have started before it was notified to market and before those shares were admitted on AIM. Anyone feel like bringing that to the attention of the FCA?

1347: the chances of “seven digits” making a comeback anywhere, even on AIM, must be even slimmer than this.

Re the RNS, the Augean stable that is UKOG smells a little stronger even than it has heretofore, innit? Apologies for mixed metaphor, yes I know this suggests cattle dung rather than horse but you know what I mean.

Oh and if anyone wants to know the probability of 7 digits exactly matching in a series of numbers, i.e. the first 7 digits of 152,796,721 and of 32,796,721 then it's very, very low, if it were just 2 events it would be 1 in 10 million.

Another late 45,000,000 trade so this may be the last of the CLN trades or it could be made up of those 25m plus 2 x 10 m trades. Either way it looks to me that they've been forward sold before admission on AIM. This company and it's directors really ought to be investigated, there's simply been too much dodgy stuff going on over several years.

jd2, yes also ZYX098 has some decent knowledge about oil and gas, a lot of them over there though just post rubbish so I don't read most of it.

UKOG have never made it clear whether they got the additional 2 x £0.5m, at least as far as I am aware. Both dates passed with no announcement. Out of the 2 m they did get, £502,000 payday loan fees were paid, according to the last Annual Report, and there is £420,000 remaining to pay.

I reckon they are pretty much out of working capital now with almost zero chance of raising any more funds. Each conversion is now dropping the share price by 0.01 p, the next one will be at 0.0305 p and the share price is already below that and heading to 0.02 p. It's pretty much all all over here as far as I can see, the fat lady is waiting to come on stage and I hope Madame Karma will be joining her.

"UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) announces that, in relation to the funding facility announced on 28 June 2023 ("Loan") and the Company's 19th April 2024 RNS, it has received a notice from RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd ("Investors") that they have converted the 200,000,000 Equity Shares issued on 19th April 2024 at an average price of approximately 0.0405 pence per share. The Company has also issued the Investors a further 152,796,721 Equity Shares to repay a further £46,603 of the Loan, the principal balance of which now stands today at £0.42 million of the £2 million gross first cash sum received."
No surprise there. I reckon at least another couple of months to clear the first £2m tranche.
Will they ever get around to issuing the 2 x 0.5m tranches? Or will YA even want to take them on.
