Yes I know what's in the RNS and the Annual Reports and that £300 k went to it, but I have been unable to find any company named like that on UK Companies House or in any other jurisdiction, have you or do you have a company number for it? Does anyone?

Well ShareCoin Sanderson has managed to pull circa £300 k out of this loss making company every year since then. To the end of September 2022 he's pulled a total of £3,244,000 since he arrived, plus another £300 k to the mysterious Bunty Bay company that I've not been able to identify, plus expenses along the way. Disgraceful and in my view needs to be fully investigated. I'm just waiting for Madame Karma to arrive now, the sooner the better.

It was so they could convince the moron investors that the assets were worth something. Otherwise the whole house of cards would have fallen down. I said so at the time.

It was when ShareCoin Sanderson took on the first payday loan to buy out Magellan for a ridiculous price that I realised that either he was a complete and utter idiot or this was all just a scam or both.

They acquired the extra interest from Magellan in 2019 for a total consideration of £12,000,000, comprising £7,000,000 in UKOG ordinary shares and £5,000,000 in cash.

However the fair value of the identifiable assets and liabilities of Magellan arising on the day of the business combination were stated as just £847,000.

So they paid £12m for an asset that they themselves said had a fair value of just £847,000! The impairment they then put through in the 2020 Accounts was £10,652,000!

Market cap under £2m and that's well over what it's worth. Only 5 trading days left now and they have to issue the Annual Report or fold. The Going Concern section will be interesting, although I've no idea whether the auditors even be prepared to sign it off.

I think everyone and his dog (except Bob (aka FOTH)) has had enough of ShareCoin Sanderson and his ponzi like jam tomorrow company. The Annual Report is due out soon, the Going Concern section will be informative. Hopefully Madame Karma makes an appearance soon.

I find it amusing that idiots like 1347 keep referring to UKOG in the present/future tense!! ' I’m not sure UKOG will be around' !!! PAST TENSE idiot, UKOG is FINISHED, only Sando is left so do invest in Sando Inc !!

6 months to appeal it. I’m not sure UKOG will be around in 6 months and I doubt they have the money to restore the site.
