Is there anyone who tendered his/her shares but didn't get paid?

SIGMA ENERGY was established in 2008 in order to develop and deploy the wave energy converting technology, covered by several international patents filed by the company owner and lead engineer, Mile Dragić PhD. The company has been able to support the ongoing development process including design, construction and deployment of several scaled models.

Some of the development steps were supported by local and EU funds (Marinet/FP7), but majority of the financing was assured by the company owner. After successful proof of concept phase and several optimization trials the owner has secured the funds for the next phase (full scale device deployment) and we are currently in the process of choosing the deployment destination.

We have been actively building an international partnership network and are cooperating with several test zones and key supply chain members from wider UK area, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, France, and Portugal. With the full scale device in the pipeline (deployment date depends on location and large scaled testing and is currently set for 2018/2019) we are in search of strategic partners from countries with ocean coastline that would aid further, commercial deployment.

In March 2022, against the backdrop of the special operation of Russia in Ukraine and the sanctions of the United States and its allies, the Saratov company Diall Alliance, affiliated with the son of Roman Abramovich Arkady, came under the control of the Russian Sigma Energy. The corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on March 23. Earlier, the owner of Diall Alliance was the Cypriot Royal Atlantic Energy Limited - the "daughter" of Zoltav Resources Arkady Abramovich.

Abramovich's son transfers Diall Alliance to Russian ownership

MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - Saratov's Diall Alliance, which is affiliated with Arkady Abramovich, the son of Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, has been transferred to Sigma Energy in the Moscow region, according to information from the SPARK-Interfax analytical system.

The corresponding changes were entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on March 23. Royal Atlantic Energy Limited in Cyprus, a subsidiary of Arkady Abramovich's Zoltav Resources, was formerly the company's owner.

Arkady Abramovich is the beneficiary of Sigma Energy, controlling 99.99% of its shares through parent company Sigma Capital LLC and 0.01% directly.

Diall Alliance holds the license to develop the Bortovoy block in the Saratov region, which includes nine oil and gas fields.

The Bortovoy license covers an area of about 3,200 square kilometers along the northern margin of the Precaspian basin, one of the largest hydrocarbon basins in the Commonwealth of Independent States and home to more than 100 issued exploration and production licenses. The license area is divided into two distinct areas, that is, the more developed Western Fields on which a gas processing plant is located and the Eastern Fields. Zoltav Resources drew two lines of credit for its development with Sberbank for a total of 8.4 billion rubles in October of last year.

Bortovoy contains proved plus probable reserves of 131.2 million barrels of oil equivalent, which is 17.5 million tonnes of oil equivalent.

Still no proceeds of he tender offer, now overdue by three months, despite repeated promises by their

agents.

With the Financial Ombudsman now, in the meantime I get emails dealing with everything else than

paying me the money or returning my share certificates!

No not got settlement, that email is who computershare will be emailing to get a resolution send the details to them, mind you they've ignored just about every email I've sent them

what do you mean Brad? Have you not been settled yet? I have been sending complaints including to the financial ombudsman and now have a date for the final response by Computershare and I am continuing with my complaint and no one is talking to me!

From what l can see is that HL have read the document wrong not Cyprusdave!

Majority holders have 88%

Tender is for the 12% they don’t have surely.
