I believe it will be converted in September at the same time that a funding package from Russian banks will be announced

Extract from end December announcement:

the balance will be divided into two equal instalments which shall be paid NO LATER THAN 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024 respectively (my emphasis). But could be sooner (a lot sooner).

Correct me if I am wrong, but ARA have up to Dec 31 2024 to buy the shares from Brandbeaer as it might be done in 3 instalments. That is if they want to wait that long of course. And ARA can convert the loan by Sept 31 into shares. USD 19m would represent a fair number of new shares….what are your views on these 2 points?

Looking at the Annual Report again, it really does read well. The company has made substantial progress. A lot of technical work has been done. The two top executives in the company held very senior positions with Rosneft. I shouldn't be surprised if Rosneft comes knocking on the door in due course. But Mr A will only be willing to sell at a large multiple of today's price. I believe the next 12 months are going to be extremely satisfactory for shareholders.

Looks like a seller of 50,000 was taken out, meaning that there were net purchases of 65,000 shares (gross 115,000). It's great to see interest coming back in to this company.
