I can not explain but looks undervalued .

...and worse i fear is to come....even if he converts the loan at 20+p where is the money going to come from to develop the assets.
I still hold a few but ditched a lot a few weeks back....perhaps should have ditched them all.
They care not a jot for the shareholders......now why did 'they' get this reputation.....?

Begs the question......no one trusts them.....shafted Banbear...used the quote to suck them in...and they lost a packet.

I hold but am not hopeful.

Of course they were £1.50+ in 2013....

Zol displays the valuation of its assets on website .The valuation was done in 2014. It is like 10x to 15x current MCap .

The question is at what price he (RA) will convert the loan into shares - it will not be a big price, although of course the higher the price the more his holding will be worth.
I am not hopeful in the least, they crae little for pi's.
Note in their RNS's they have NEVER used the shareholder value phrase and are as cold as ice.

Could be CyprusD, but I don't think ARA Capital have agreed to buy all Bandbear's shares for fun. They must have got the nod that capital was available for the development of the project.

At the end of 2020 ARA Capital extended its interest free loan until the end of March. Now that the company has been tidied up (share purchase from Bandbear) I shouldn't be surprised if we get a decent announcement re the future of the company in the next two weeks.

You may or may not be correct Waldof. However, Jr. is still a young man and his reputation in London/New York (in respect of any future activities) may be of importance to him.

Trouble is the lad and dad stitched up Bandbear like a kipper, whom would trust them again?

I hhold - far too many as well - i do not see the ZOL story ending well.....and at best around these levels.

Indeed P3, which should somehow put a “floor” under the share price But we want to see a bit more than that....
