I'm not convinced BCN shareholders will sell their Zinnwald.On the contrary,it might prove a holding to which they will add.As a holder of BCN ,i'll wait to receive cash and Zinnwald shares to add to my existing holding.

BCN holding in ZWND is being distributed in specie, so a number of holders will probably be exiting.

...and some lithium companies are linked together like ZNWD having a 35.5% holding owned by Bacanora soon to become Ganfeng assuming that takeover goes through!

I did wonder why I couldn't find anything on "Wearside Lithium" except for something about a new Nissan gigafactory! I see that Weardale Lithium Ltd is a private company. There are certainly a lot more companies around with a Lithium connection than I had previously thought.

Bounty - if you look at the current directorships on Companues House for MAC and Wearside Lithium you will see 1 current and one joining

There is strong Ichimoku chart support at circa 23p. Last month that strong Ichimoku chart support held at circa 17p when there was the possibility of a bearish H&S pattern forming.

ZNWD currently number 4 on the advfn list of biggest percentage fallers.
