14/8/2021 13:54 | Many thanks for this excellent new ZNWD thread, bountyhunter. | papillon
14/8/2021 12:29 | lagging behind EMH as not so visible? just a matter of time before this plays catch-up imo | bountyhunter
14/8/2021 12:27 | Re Ganfeng's possible offer for BCN (who own 35.5% of ZNWD) @67.5p/sh.. "the Takeover Panel has consented to, an extension to the deadline by which Ganfeng is required either to announce a firm intention to make an offer for Bacanora in accordance with Rule 2.7 of the Code or announce that it does not intend to make an offer for Bacanora, in which case the announcement will be treated as a statement to which Rule 2.8 of the Code applies. Accordingly, this deadline has been extended until 5.00 p.m. (London time) on 26 August 2021." ...seems to be dragging on a bit! | bountyhunter
14/8/2021 12:27 | Some interesting posts on LSE, e.g. from yesterday afternoon CRK22 RE: CATL to raise $9bn to expand lithium-ion production By then Chinese Lithium behemoth Ganfeng may well own a significant stake in ZNWD by virtue of its pending buyout of BCN.... | bountyhunter

12/8/2021 09:53 | Cb - I know - we'll EMH just blew to 105 | gepetto100
11/8/2021 20:21 | I hope so , ZNWD essentially is the same deposit just over the international border! | cbeadle
11/8/2021 15:59 | See EMH is headed northwards and about to hit £1 | gepetto100
03/8/2021 13:43 | With those huge car makers in Germany, all switching to electric one way or another, to be on their doorstep has to be hugely advantageous. This will surely get taken out. | scrappycat
03/8/2021 13:37 | Yes, you are right. A small raise to advance the project won’t hinder share price progress here though. To be honest this is a long term hold for me, i have and continue to do very well out of BCN and i see this as a very similar investment. | rimau1
03/8/2021 13:33 | Think they said 2.7m euro of cash when they announced the full acquisition. That's a bit tight so think they might do a small raise to get everything in place before a larger fundraising | robertspc1
03/8/2021 13:07 | No cash raise for a while IMO. They have €4-5m cash which is enough to advance the 2021 objectives. The usual process is to finalise design and sample testing then secure offtake agreements before you go for project funding. Its the logical order. Robert - why do you think a fundraising is on the way? Aside from the above explanation i would also add that if Gangfeng swallow BCN they will simply buy the offtake agreement here and push for a 50:50 JV and then eventually buy this out. Any global lithium producer will find a european supply to be very attractive. | rimau1
03/8/2021 12:49 | Robert, I remember BCN raising funds after a good run up, never truly recovered until the offer came in. What’s the cash position like here? | andyview
03/8/2021 12:42 | Invested here, sold BCN on the deal but haven taken a position in bhl too… Gla | andyview
03/8/2021 12:40 | Taken profits after this big run up. Think a fundraising is likely soon | robertspc1
03/8/2021 11:46 | so ZNWD goes up everyday while Bacanora's price is stuck. I will be astounded if major shareholders won't oppose the 67p take-out offer particularly as Bacanora owns a big chunk of ZNWD. If they want to take Bacanora out the offer has to be improved by quite a good margin!! | farrugia
29/7/2021 09:00 | Lithium stocks are hot at tbe moment. Cant see it changing any time soon. | regandharry5
27/7/2021 19:44 | Rio Tinto announces plan to spend $2.4bn on lithium mine in Serbia. The deep pocketed majors are coming after the best assets in Europe | robertspc1
23/7/2021 17:03 | I've heard the herd will be back in about a week. Lol | regandharry5
23/7/2021 15:15 | Can someone let me know when the heard will return so I can ensure I am fully topped up before hand. Thanks in advance | jone06 |
