Quite significant, sentiment towards Li stocks may have improved given that price increase!

Ganfeng Lithium to increase its lithium prices by 100,000 RMB / t Oct 10 to Nov 9 due to power issues and rising costs in China. This will take lithium prices above $40,000/tonne mark short term, but huge jump of 60%.

Interesting, Zijin Mining Group Co., Limited is a multi-national mining company headquartered in Mainland China so another Lithium aquisition by a Chinese major.

The Chinese have also been securing LNG deliveries for the next decade. They appear to be thinking ahead more than the UK and Europe.

Zijin has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Neo Lithium (the "Transaction") at a price of C$6.50 per share (the "Offer Price") in cash. The Offer Price represents a premium of approximately 36% over Neo Lithium's 20-day volume-weighted average price ("VWAP") as at October 8, 2021 on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV").htTps://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/zijin-mining-to-acquire-neo-lithium-corp-in-all-cash-offer-852178076.html

New £400million smelter plant coming to Germany with money from Canada. Either Brandenburg or Saxony region. Seems Germany is the place to be.

All the lithium stocks are well off their highs. EMH our friend across the border is off 33% over same time frame. Stop worrying about a piffling 7m shares. People have been nervous about a market meltdown and have been shutting down winning, less-liquid positions. When the market stabilises this will bounce hard!”

It pays to follow the chart. Yesterday's Heikin-Ashi candlestick predicted a probable reversal of the recent downtrend today.

Think someone just seen how undervalued they are and they are accumulating. It trades in such small size that doesn’t take much to move needle either way. This is why when the herd does properly arrive they could get squeezed ridiculously higher.

Agree 100%, the fundamentals haven't changed and the demand for EVs and hence lithium is not exactly decreasing. Imv there will be a strong recovery in lithium shares at some point not light years away.
