14/12/2021 16:35 | Today's KOD RNS has made a world of difference to KOD which looks like a dead duck to me, now p*ss off back to dodoland. | bountyhunter
14/12/2021 16:24 | Perhaps the future shortage has begun to be factored in. The price if L-carbonate waa fairly steady during November at Y199.500 but has recently accelerated in several steps quickly since to Y227,500. That has not been reflected in the share prices for lithium miners. EV planners must have suddenly spotted the looming problem. | scrutable
14/12/2021 16:20 | And that’s another mouth foamer for my filter bin, life’s too short. | dmitribollokov
14/12/2021 16:18 | Dimitri - its literally 150 miles from the new Tesla factory being built and the supply to VW could be very influential | gepetto100
14/12/2021 16:00 | Cbeadle it’s in a region that’s been mining for hundreds of years, the infrastructure is there, but it’s only 35-40km from it’s blue chip european end users. It’s not like it has to travel hundreds of miles through bandit country to then be put on a ship and exported half way around the world… | dmitribollokov
14/12/2021 15:58 | Yep, exactly. Furthermore this deposit is more advanced than the EMH deposit, which is of course the same deposit, but across the border in the Czech Republic; that is half owned by CEZ the majority government owned energy giant. As co-owners the czech govt have committed to backing and developing the EMH project, which as it contains the same “zinnwaldite | dmitribollokov
14/12/2021 15:44 | Crazy volume here, thought it worthwhile to add.I was trying to look at infrastructure, and I think there’s a railway connection quite close by at Altenberg. I wouldn’t mind a trip sometime exploring the area. The German part is the former East Germany or DDR , so I imagine fairly off our beaten track. Probably comparable would be former mining areas of north east England, so the area would be a prime candidate for levelling up ! I think the German government would be highly supportive, it’s the only large lithium deposit I know of within their borders | cbeadle
14/12/2021 15:39 | They’ll pay you 16.11 for 200k shares now. Deep bid above the placing price, always a good sign… | dmitribollokov
14/12/2021 15:09 | Looking at sub 10 myself!! | bazza521
14/12/2021 15:08 | Oof...Sad but very predictable. That's what happens when a chart breaks down.Get your money into kodal big things are happening check it out guys before price hike this is a dead duck! | bazza521
14/12/2021 12:15 | Yes and not too big an overhang % wise. I still hold PB shares from some time ago, no point in selling for next to nothing when the future prospects look favourable especially if buying as an existing shareholder. I certainly don't intend selling at what I paid and probably not anywhere near it. The majority of companies that receive a cash injection via a placing/pb raise ultimately do well in my experience although not necessarily immediately for obvious reasons. | bountyhunter
14/12/2021 11:57 | Nearly 6m volume before lunch that’s crazy. Wouldn’t be surprised if we some of the institutional guys are adding with this liquidity, overhang will be cleared soon! The bid is much deeper than the offer at these levels and above the placing price, very good sign. | dmitribollokov
14/12/2021 11:45 | it may well have been but I don't recall as I'm doing several other things as well so others may have also missed that | bountyhunter
14/12/2021 11:20 | Bountyhunter, this was covered 3 hrs ago! | rimau1
14/12/2021 11:19 | Will drop to 15 or lower as soon as the PrimaryBid punters dump. All PrimaryBid ones do. | igbertsponk
14/12/2021 11:02 | just remembered if the offer for BCN goes through Ganfeng shares are due to be shared out amongst BCN holders anyway ...who they won't be so pleased with the dilution | bountyhunter
14/12/2021 10:40 | If gangfeng put in an order in the institutional offering they could have just zeroed them. They wouldn’t be able to participate through primary bid anyway. | dmitribollokov
14/12/2021 10:31 | ...possibly, assuming Ganfeng have now dropped from 31% to ~27% as suggested above then if they subsequently increase to over 30% presumably at that point they would then have to make an offer for the whole company. | bountyhunter
14/12/2021 10:31 | No, it was to say they were giving retail the chance to buy at discount level, but ultimately not let maxey get too diluted. He drove this, which makes me very comfortable. Managed to pick some up at 15.7p this morning, very happy with that. Welcome altcoin! | dmitribollokov
14/12/2021 10:27 | Could they have deliberately chosen a short time frame to give Ganfeng little opportunity to add, and make sure they were diluted ie middle of the night in China?! | cbeadle
14/12/2021 10:24 | I dipped my toe earlier ATB | altcoin
14/12/2021 10:22 | C.4m cleared by 10am, shouldn’t take that long to clear the overhang, then back up. | dmitribollokov
14/12/2021 09:56 | Rns from BCN noting the raise but no mention if whether they took part. I assume not so i guess they no longer own 31%, its probably more like 27% now | rimau1 |
