22/9/2021 07:51 | With lithium prices sky high why have lithium shares been dropping back, any ideas? I guess ZNWD may have been affected by the BCN planned distribution to BCN shareholders rather than just going to Ganfeng but that should just be a temporary effect as the intrinsic value here has not changed, rather it has increased if you consider the price of lithium. However EMH and SAV have also dropped back so there must be a wider factor to consider? | bountyhunter
22/9/2021 06:32 | Lithium prices: 1H 2021 lithium chemical prices in China rose on average by 80% vs. year-end 2020 and spodumene prices doubled to around US$800/t (source: S&P Global Platts). On 14 September 2021, Pilbara Minerals achieved a price of over US$2,200/t for 5.5% spodumene concentrate at its second online auction | gepetto100
21/9/2021 16:50 | Great news for the original Erris holders.... Erris gold resources are intending to rebrand as green glen minerals, and list on AIM , hopefully around November time... IPO docs to be forthcoming in due course.... L. | lazygun

14/9/2021 12:13 | Lithium prices going ballistic, pilbara just auctioned 8k of spodumene 5.5% at equivalent of $2.5k per tonne for SP6.0. That is a huge premium. This should re-rate from here again. | dmitribollokov
14/9/2021 10:42 | and another better day for lithium related companies (see the top of the header) | bountyhunter

08/9/2021 07:01 | From the Interims published today: "At the Project level during the year to date, we have been busy advancing various workstreams and have completed the initial phase of the lithium hydroxide ("LiOH") testwork. The initial results were highly encouraging and showed the potential to produce a high purity, battery grade product that is low in contaminants. We have also generated LiOH product samples, which we will be sharing with potential off-takers to help them evaluate the product. The ability to produce a high quality, battery-grade LiOH, alongside the Project's already demonstrated ability to produce battery grade lithium fluoride and lithium carbonate, further demonstrates the flexible nature of the Project and its ability to produce high value products to meet demand from battery makers." "The Total Net Assets of the Group increased to EUR16.77m at 30 June 2021 from EUR3.45m at 30 June 2020, primarily due to the consolidation of Deutsche Lithium's net assets of EUR8.30m and the Goodwill intangible asset of EUR5.53m, offset by the full impairment of the Ireland and Sweden exploration assets. The closing cash balance for the Group at the period end was EUR2.91m which is greater than the EUR1.27m at the end of the same period in the prior year, due primarily to the funds raised at the time of the initial acquisition of the shareholding in Deutsche Lithium, offset by ongoing development expenditure and the EUR1.5m cash payment to acquire the balance of the shares in Deutsche Lithium. As at the date of this report, the Group's cash balance is EUR2.3m." ("well funded into 2022") ...all on track with increased assets and development+explorat "In Ireland, the Company has rationalised its licence holdings and has retained only the core prospecting licence related to the brownfield Abbeytown Project. The zinc price has rebounded strongly during the course of 2021 and the Company's objective with regard to Abbeytown remains to find a partner or purchaser for the asset." | bountyhunter
07/9/2021 20:48 | Yep and heiken-ashi turning bullish. Time to move north again, crazily undervalued. The sooner BCN are out of the picture the better. | dmitribollokov
07/9/2021 17:37 | Moving away from the recent downtrend at last? | bountyhunter
03/9/2021 19:57 | Anyone know what's happening to the Erris Resources dummy shares? Anyone know? | g2theary
02/9/2021 09:19 | Bounty - agree, the conditions are arduous to say the least. I've stayed out of BCN on pure logisticsOf course should the BCN be blocked by the Mexican Authorities then I suspect that Ganfeng may well look at their holding in ZNWD in a different light should they want another foot hold in Europe | gepetto100
01/9/2021 20:37 | Re the BCN deal execution risk see post 5507 and the details from the RNS concerning the prerequisite Mexican authorities approvals detailed below. From the BCN RNS.. - as certain of Bacanora's assets are held in and by Mexican corporate entities, the Offer is conditional upon obtaining unconditional approval from the Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission (the "FECC") (the "Mexican Antitrust Clearance") ...the Offer will not become or be declared unconditional unless the following Conditions (as amended if appropriate) have been satisfied or, where relevant, waived: Mexican competition clearance 2.1 either (a) the deemed unconditional approval of the Offer by the FECC, or (b) the issuance by the FECC of a resolution granting unconditional approval of the Offer So as the BCN deal is not without noteworthy execution risk, buying BCN now and assuming the cash + the ZNWD distribution is all but guaranteed is not necessarily a wise move - hence the current price of BCN shares. In fact if the Mexican Government did block the BCN deal ZNWD would quite possibly go back up to where it was, imho. | bountyhunter
01/9/2021 11:20 | Hey av, all good thanks, good to hear, mkt mis-reading this BCN news, i think it’s great! Hope all well. | dmitribollokov
01/9/2021 08:11 | Gonna take some more here Dmitri. Hope you're well Sir. | theaviator
31/8/2021 22:17 | It’s also just confused a load of people as to the value of znwd. Give me this asset over BCN and the organised crime infested state of sonora any day… | dmitribollokov
31/8/2021 20:14 | Agreed! One less LSE lithium investment should be a positive for ZNWD. | bountyhunter
31/8/2021 19:26 | The sooner the BCN side-show red-herring is out the way the better… | dmitribollokov
31/8/2021 12:12 | Exactly, they are not free as there's a risk factor built into BCN share price as the deal is not guaranteed to complete. | bountyhunter
31/8/2021 12:07 | Yes,a cheap way into Znwd is to to buy BCN but there could be a good few developments until the Ganfeng bid for BCN goes unconditional and you get the cash and Znwd shares. | steeplejack
31/8/2021 11:32 | Seems to me you can get free ZNWD shares by buying BCN shares before the offer goes unconditional on 6th October. | longshanks |
