Distreo.SRL. another new video. This time its about wild barrier. A car travels through a fire thatis burning both sides of a road. It finishes with this...the car managed to reach safety.
Maybe this is the reason for the fund raise. Wild fire barrier allways did look dirent to anything on the market.

Websites have been changed to show more info from customer driven questions.

With all this news already in the pipeline why did they not give a trading update at the end of february. Yhey could have reduced the dilution.?
My take is that the distributers were not that good. Then gabriel coll and the romanians come onboard and changed the landscape. About four of the existing distributers stand out.
If everything is above board then after the shares are issued the shares should rerate to take into accoint the improved outlook that the company announced today

Orders have already takrn place. Its repeat orders that need to feed through now. And it should be mostly fx500 at thw moment.

Does need to start announcing decent size orders. Hopefully this wont turn into a company that announces partnerships and certification etc but never matched with order growth.

I did point out that they'd need funding, it was kinda obvious. -

The clincher is on the distreo site. The diesol fire. Its not on the zenova sites. Its awesomw and would be ideal for fires on boats. You can imagine some serious orders comming through. The hotel and b and b industry has been mentiond. The fx500 is suitable for lithium battery fires. Ease of use.? Take the lid of and spray. Of course it going to sell.
The two main durectors had 10% between them. Lets see what they ended up with.

I posted lots of news appearing on the distributer sites. Made no difference at all.
Then the ability to sell to the marine industry. It looks like the first game changer. Seven more sectors to come. You can see why the high net worth guys wanted in.
The shares should rise quite quickly with sector news. Fat cats will be the biggest gainers. Priced for the absolute bottom

Rule 26 updated yesterday, just before the placing. Odd? Looks like Crawley sold up. Did he then buy in the placing? That would be a scandal.

A new broker could be a bonus. The share price dropped on very light selling on some days. You would never have thought that a broker existed.

Echoridge. I agree almost completely and this looks good as far as funding goes. Once investors realise there will be minimum selling and the prospect of lots of news then the share price could recover quickly. No bucket shops to stop it. However the directors said they had 350k put aside and there is no mention of it. It goes contarary to previous rns statements.
On the plus side. The extinguisher side looks excellant. The large distreo oil fire being put out had the spectators gasping.
Those orders better be good though. Mates rates do look applicable here.

Have you seen other Placings recently? Some at 80% off. Some at 50. A lot at various bigger discounts. This was 2.3 last week when the raise was probably organised so not such a big discount. Onwards and upwards as they say....

Having said that, I agree it is an objectively big discount. I'm not happy about that either, but like I said, I believe I think the buyers were high quality and they're as excited as we are about the products and the sales prospects
