Clearly an overhang from the placing of 34m shares, hence stock available at 2.06p. Premier Miton took 12.5m and talk was of institutions (plural) and high value investors taking a chunk, so I don't think the overhang is that large.

Amati had the same number of shares pre fund raising. They were listed as BNY nominees, so not sold any.

Thanks. In the granr scheme if things its not allot of issued shares. Very shortly the recent issue shoukd be turned to orders.
At least then some visibilty will show. Dyor here and the posibilities are amazing. Fx500 aerosols will soon be lagging behind wikdfire barrier. That will be used in large amounts with the need to be replaced.

Also.. we are now four months into the first half of this year. And we still do not know about last year.
I think that the progress here has been brilliant for the company. The prospects are virtually improving week by week.
So why the selling. Could it be that the larger investors want to see more off the financial side of the business.
Ironically when the first fire department orders come through, these sellers will drown on the egg on their faces.

Amati global innovation fund perhaps. Obviously not one of the ones who took place in the offer. One must say, no wonder they are performing badly.
The reason why zed is performing badly as its prospects have improved is now appoarent. And just how many more have taken indescrinate losses.
. However we can look forward to at least two large orders in the comming weeks / days.
Also it now shows that a trading update might have been warranted in the five week period without news.
What now. Go to zenovagroup and drop down to sectors. Read maritime, construction and government. Maritime could be the first for orders as zenonova has just been given the go ahead there. The recent mention of talks with governments around the world could mean news from that area. Go to zensafe and check out the wildfire barrier video.
And construction ..we are now tied in wuth eco building.

But!! What on earth are these investors doing as they destroy the value of their own investments.

Governments all over the world are preparing to implement new plans that would requure commercial and industrial building owners to recieve a rating for energy and carbon performance and industrial buikdings and building owners must be mindful and responsubls for how efficietly they use resources as a result of this.

Also top of the list..emergency services. ( fire services and forest fire sevice.)
The comment was just a coincidence ? But you would definately need funds behind you to start the ball rolling. The same would be nescersary to start an albanian ball rolling.
But how big would the zenova fry be in a years time. A big fish perhaps.

Equivilance. The management have put best in class on the market and are doing extremely well. Aim share prices are now dictated by revenues and spiked up.
Not much showing here at the moment but i think its allot better than people think.

Thanks echoridge. More meat on the bone. Notice the latin american company was msntioned as AZ.Internstional and not by ecozenova which is its name at Az.international. under the ecounternational you find the link to ecobuilding and the modular housing. There is another aim company involved with the albanian panel producer. The contract involved is over 100 million pounds. The units get delivered by lorry and already have the fire rebdering applied.
The aim company looks interesting as a mention over on ecozenova gives more credence to its chances of the contract. Units made in albania for cheapness, delivered by lorry and assembled in a 5th of the time it takes to build a house
Also it shows how important the link up is with zenova and AZ. International / ecozenova and posibly eco buildings. Its no good zenova keeping things quiet if its on another partners website.

There is indeed more going on, bob. check this out the link below that a big(ger) shareholder just sent me. Looks like yet another nascent distributor relationship (named Maze Systems apparently) run by a young, ambitious entrepreneur who's out promoting his own demo of Zenova extinguishers off his own back before ZED have announced any formal agreement. This time, however, its in bloody India! Of course ZED needs to walk before it can run, but imagine the potential for a versatile, reasonably priced, cutting-edge product like the fx500 breaking into the world's 1st or 2nd most populous country, with the fastest growing middle class, most of whom live in dwellings that do not have any fire safety products to begin with and yet still suffer from rampant basic electrical and/or kitchen-related (eg., from cooking fat) fires. Nice to dream.....

fwiw, I'm told there is some post(s) on Zenova's Linkedin page that recognises Maze and this demo, but I haven't found it yet:

Yes..thanks. notice! The first mention of albania. A very important market to us.!! I have not seen it mentioned before. Only on ecozenova. The connection is modular housing? One can now check some of zenovas progress over on ecozenova.com.
Which is not a stand alone business, its a seperste part of a larger group. The karger group containing modular building. The sections being sourcre from albania. Another british company is involved. Omnis in the usa does panels and buildings as welll. Frieght containers painted and used for emergency housing in africa also. Two weeks minimum for sales news does not mean a two gap. There is other stuff going on.

May 29 given on yahoo.finance. year ended 31st november 2023. Totalky out of date and virtually uselesa. Its only a comparison for the previous year and will not reflect the positives so far this period and the revenues that will arrive courtesy of the placing. To late now. But as mentioned, an update is required with a seven month gap. This is the aim market abd news helps calm investors.

Modular is a sidetrack. Think romanian extinguishers. German orders. South american and iberian orders. Plus the talks going on in countries around the world. Plus maritime..
Its a shame that it has been done at this level but if you look at the money raised and the return its a no brainer.
If you doubled the amount borrowed and added in existing revenue you could be around cash flow positive.
No selling today is a positive. And if revenue amounts are added to sales.! We will start the share price recovery shortly. Modular unit revenue later perhaps.

Nebuler / global. Offices in jaoan and turkey. Distribution is not world wide. But growing. Some distributers look inactive. Not many though. Some of what i have written could be a side show. So i think people shoold concentrate on the likes of being able to supply the likes of the marine industry.
My dream.. an ocean liner with every cabin having an fx500 extinguisher. The engine room painted with zenova paint and containinf the fx nine litre extinguishers. Come on zenova. On track please.
