Can all change in a day (see HMI for example today after finally releasing news). Doesn't take much these days but do need some news asap.ZED IR has gone silent since playing.

Good grief. The companies silence is deafening.
The india licence is worth up to 1m a year. The market cap at these levels is around 1.7m.
A share buy back would stem this idiosy. 700k is now half the companies value is 800k plus 700k cash.
I hope that i do not smell a rat.

I think it could be the placing. However. The management should not issue a placing and not release news to soak it up. Especially when an AWESOME AMOUNT OF NEWS is mentioned.
There are so many doubtful companies on aim that you should be above anything that looks doubtful. a placing when you have 350k set aside will lpok suspicous and might have a credibility issue. Especially after the share price has been trashed by a seller. Plus np one bought into the placing.
A statement should be issued. We see no reason for this drop.
That would maybe stop the rot and show that they had share investors intrrests at heart and not just their own.

Pretty terrible really. Down to 2p from a 4p placing last year and now dropping like a stone from the recent 2p placing. Obviously someone is still dumping stock.

Whilst we have this lull.!! Distributer/partner? Fireservices group uk. Fsguk. Were instrumenntal in introducing mazesystems of india to zenova. The markets have not cottoned on yet jusr how important these connections are. Non related companies. I.e with no fire related businesses are now not getting much notice. Its fire coatings and extinguishers. OBVIOSLY.

And are not subjesr to the restrictions of a listed company. Zenovas involvement if any has to be released via an rns.

In talks with governments worldwide. And accross jurisdictions. The unexpected funding has not proved its worth yet. Unless its helped to send products to india.
As posted. These are the only reservations i have about zed. A RUSH TO WAIT.

The share price is dead in the water. Ironically revenues are mounting. Romania,portugal,india and central and south america will be starting.
Its a shame that the funding was deemed necersary. The share price should be pennies higher. Instesd we have an all time low and the monotony of the placing shares being dribbled into the market.

Some of the distributer sites are singing the praises of zenova products. Tonight. It really is positive. Some distribution sites are offline. Something about to happen.? Beyond surfaces at the head of the distributer list are very interesting.

Hands up anyone who knows where this companies finances are.
They could be better than expected. Or a tad worse through marketing expenses.
Ironically the half year results finish as last years results apoear. The end of may.
It will be at this time that we will be able to see if we could have gotten a better price fir the placing.
India is very comforting. Ecozenova coild be. It will be interesting to see how if at all ecobuilding come into the mix.

The market is meant to be forward looking. Unfortunately not.it is a fear driven wasteland

Q.. what took place in just over a week.
Answer. Fx500 aerosol extinguishers became avialable ( new distribution ).portugal.
Central and south america. India.
Due to a fund raise the market reacted with virtually no buying and the share price is down 15 to 20 percent.
The nature of funding or shooting in the
foot.
They done loads to get here.

Zenova is helping make homes warmer when cold, cooler when it is hot and safer from the risk and spread of fire.
So why would you need to put a coat on.?? Thats right rendering is a better solution.

Nov 2022 company provides a year end trading update. Nov 23-April 2024 total silence. Has anyone here contacted the company to ask for an explanation or are you all hoping no news is good news (which strangely it never is)?
