31/1/2022 08:33 | XTR has already broken the downward trend, retested and now should resume off. Need to break 6p to become uber bullish and start focusing on 10p. | brasso3
31/1/2022 08:31 | A strong start here this morning... chart looks good too with higher lows being reached ... looks like a coiled spring ! | jeanesy
30/1/2022 11:42 | Within the FTSE miners paid out dividends of £21bn out of a total of £94bn in 2021 (Source Investors Chronicle). Just a simple observation but FTSE miners (or equivalent) will need a constant stream of projects to feed the habit. | the diddymen
30/1/2022 10:30 | I've been through the XTR website and I've watched lots of interview videos. I've read all RNSs for the last few years. There are many assay results available from holes that have been drilled. There is definitely copper there (!!), but why isn't it enough to tempt the market to drive the share price higher? Is it really just a simple case that the market hasn't woken up?? Just too expensive to extract at that grade? When or what will be the tipping point here from drilling campaign to commercial discovery? CB seems to have a good track record. I wonder if the down ticker can instead spend their energy on the debate rather than on ticking;-) unless of course it is Ben T cheesed off that we dumped KAV for this. | pngasef
30/1/2022 10:26 | Arcadian you get the feeling that it has been long enough and XTR will release an orchestrated flow of news. The shareholder base has performed well in this recent volatile period and any half decent news will break the 6p barrier. Breaking the 6p barrier will in my view introduce another dynamic. Time to fetch the popcorn. | the diddymen
29/1/2022 21:44 | We both need to be grateful to those who have guided us here and shared their research opinions etc More drilling news over the next months will boost things but it`s relatively unknown. The political locational advantages are a strong plus point. All investments carry risk but this seems to have less than most given the finds to date. CB seems to be confident but maybe with $37 million he can afford to be. Our biggest risk now is that KAV find what they are looking for big time and I have to eat humble pie for jumping ship too soon.. | arcadian
29/1/2022 21:18 | Hi Arcadian, I also dumped KAV and bought in here. The odds seem much more favorable here. I don't understand why the share price isn't higher given the prospects. I just watched the vox markets videos from the part 6 months. The guys here seem to know what they are doing, come across as professional and this fills me with confidence. I'm going to grab more shares on Monday. | pngasef
29/1/2022 18:48 | Despite that he still seems to be batting for the ordinary shareholder although at his age this could well be a case of a grand finale as he bows out with a really good sale. Re Mo In that recent interview with Zak M while he didn`t wan`t`to play up the quantities he did emphasise that in his view Mo was geologically significant. I think it added to his feeling that Ascot is special. | arcadian
29/1/2022 16:26 | Colin Bird did rather well out of KIW (Kiwara). When the shares were suspended from AIM in January 2010, following the successful bid from First Quantum, the KIW share price was 77.50p. CB's shareholding in KIW was around 48m shares (47,940,000)! Worth almost £37m. No wonder he's got a young wife and lives in Dubai! lol | papillon
28/1/2022 17:22 | Good to see existing shareholders adding to their current holdings. In my view the substantive derisking of XTR has not been reflected in the share price, even with the market's general unease. | the diddymen
28/1/2022 16:59 | Perhaps the nearest we`ll get to an institutional investment. | arcadian
28/1/2022 16:18 | Ella10 has followed up the above post with the following : "I would have a small bet on it being him - although I have no idea what he's worth. IFC took a significant chunk in Kiwara - I can't remember the numbers but they didn't hold for that long before it was sold so I think they would have done quite well out if it. I assume he would know CB from then" Which ever is the actual Alex Terry, who is spending big on XTR shares, he's obviously not your common goforgold1 (a mug punter!) 😁 | papillon
28/1/2022 16:11 | The following has been posted by Ella10 on the lse bb (don't forget the conspiracy theorists on the ARCM bb think Ella10 has very close links to CB! 😁) "How about ? IFC took a chunk of Kiwara when they were developing kalumbila." | papillon
28/1/2022 15:56 | 👍 Arcadian | papillon
28/1/2022 15:28 | Good post Pap. Very apposite. CB in his last interview stressed the political/locational advantages of Bushranger and will want to use them to our advantage in any sale talks. | arcadian
28/1/2022 15:08 | Could be excellent news for XTR when they come to sell Australian Bushranger. They'll likely have a queue trying to buy it! 😁 | papillon
28/1/2022 12:57 | The following was just posted by Steve4077 on the lse bb "According to the link below, Alex Terry and Barclays Wealth are listed separately, so looks like they are held in his own name." PS EDIT: Is Peter Hall, who is also listed as a significant shareholder in XTR, the same Peter Hall who is Head of Wealth Management at Schroders? | papillon
28/1/2022 12:45 | The same Alex Terry? Programme Director at Barclays Wealth. | papillon

27/1/2022 21:45 | Let Tcomc have a life outside of this BB please. I had a gap of something like 8 years and never gave it a second thought… | all in eol
27/1/2022 21:30 | His last post on any advfn bb, Arcadian, was just after midday on Sunday, 23rd, on this bb. Strange he hasn't commented on yesterday's RNS. I miss his knowledgeable input. | papillon
27/1/2022 18:28 | I still wonder what happened to TCOMC. Perhaps he`s left China and gone down to Sydney to check out Ascot. | arcadian
27/1/2022 17:23 | Gold and copper both weak today. Both currently down around 2%. Both still going sideways within support and resistance levels. | papillon
27/1/2022 12:43 | lurker5. I'm afraid Arcadian's arithmetic is far superior to yours! 20mt of ore for 20 years @ 0.15% Cu does give 0.6mt of Cu. Arcadian is correct. | papillon |
