01/2/2022 08:45 | I think we are one RNS or interview away from a decent breakout to 7p now. | brasso3
01/2/2022 08:44 | II meant to say. System won't let me post that in lower case letters. | denjon
01/2/2022 08:42 | ok are offering sellers 5.8645p. Hopefully demand is picking up. | denjon
31/1/2022 21:55 | You seem to constantly ignore the fact that if AA don't want to take first refusal then either a competitor will take the resource or they will find themselves competing for the purchase. TmXTRs agreement with AA dies not entertain AA dictating alternative purchase frameworks, unless, of course, XTR sees this to be to their advantage. | zero matrix
31/1/2022 21:29 | Lurker, don't forget that when AA sold Bushranger cu prices were substantially lower than they now are and the current environment is significantly different. AA would be daft to lose a bird in the hand. | the diddymen
31/1/2022 21:19 | I don't think the agreement specified to what standard the 2Mt has to be Diddy & Count. Makes a big difference whether reserves, or resources to measured, indicated, or inferred. If not defined in any agreement, gives tremndous wriggle room for AA yo plead out or in, and a price. The board may well want to sell (I haven't suggested otherwise). But most shareholders won't want a paltry price even if you are willing to be airy fairy about it. | lurker5
31/1/2022 20:30 | 31-Jan-22 16:21:32 6.00 185,000 Unknown* 11.10k O 31-Jan-22 15:09:45 5.70 250,000 Unknown* 14.25k O There were TWO relatively large trades where the MM's delayed reporting until after the market had closed at 4:30pm. The 250k (timed at 15:09) was likely to have been a sell going by the prices of other trades around that time. The 185k (timed at 16:21) was obviously a buy. That 250k trade shows there are still sellers around. Hopefully the selling has ended, or close to ending. Will the XTR share price continue to rise tomorrow? Who knows? One thing is certain and that is a good news RNS issued early tomorrow is guaranteed to push the share price above 6p. News drives the sp's of explorers such as XTR. What keeps me invested in XTR irrespective of the share price direction tomorrow is that Colin Bird bought one million shares at 5.8373 in 2021 and then a further one million shares at 5.7p, followed by 2 million at 3.5p. CB is the boss man at XTR, GLR, BZT, AFP & TIR. The only one he bought shares in on the open market in 2021 was XTR. He's no mug. In 2009 he bought shares on the open market in KIW. He had a stack of shares in KIW, but still splashed the cash for a top up. He has loads of shares, options and warrants in XTR, but still splashed the cash on XTR shares in 2021. He's confident. That's good enough for me. | papillon
31/1/2022 20:14 | Lurker, I don't believe that there is any desire by the BoD to undertake anything except a sale. Providing the XTR lawyers believe that the 2MT is met in accordance with the agreement then it is a yes or no to the offer. XTR have to be certain that the criteria are met because if so AA will have no legal redress should their offer be inadequate. To my mind the biggest risk is if AA's offer is rejected but there is enough legal space to injunct the sale to another party. | the diddymen
31/1/2022 19:45 | Be great if we could get to 6p, and then a positive RNS arrive after that, which would nail 6p for good...I hope..gla. | hubs
31/1/2022 19:24 | Love the late 185000 trade at 6p. Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day.🚀 | smraynot
31/1/2022 19:06 | I enjoyed that. | arcadian
31/1/2022 18:56 | I don't think any sane executive at AA Is going to blow their first mover advantage on a desisory price. If you have ever tried to impress your wife by offering 20% below asking price for her dream house in a rising sellers' market you will know how that pans out. Declining global resource, increasing global demand, multiple mining corporations fighting for capacity. | zero matrix
31/1/2022 18:47 | Let's say you are in the market for 100,000 XTR shares. At 6p that is £6,000. At 5p it is £5,000. If you are buying to trade (risky to trade small cap explorers at any time) you will care about this 5p/6p trading range. If you are buying for the returns of a sale at 44p, 88p, £2, etc. then fussing about an entry price that fluctuates by tenths of a penny then you need your head looking at. | zero matrix
31/1/2022 18:45 | I'm talking about whether AA might pefer a farm-in, or require a better resource classification if it isn't to offer a derisory price. We can't know. | lurker5
31/1/2022 17:59 | 6p buy gone through at the close. | jeanesy
31/1/2022 17:03 | So CB knows exactly what AA is thinking. or will think eh Count ? | lurker5
31/1/2022 16:47 | It was the impression being created that everyone was selling which seemed wrong to me . | arcadian
31/1/2022 16:31 | Just means you can buy below the arbitrary mid price (which the MM's don't quote), Arcadian. | papillon
31/1/2022 16:25 | Just for the record I bought another 100k at 5.8p just now and it shows as a sell. | arcadian
31/1/2022 15:53 | Can sell at least 500k at over 5.8p. First NT at 750k | qazwsxedc69
31/1/2022 15:42 | Moving up nicely. No news today either ! | jeanesy
31/1/2022 15:32 | I hope you are all correct but atmo i would be perfectly happy with 10p for starters ! | jeanesy
31/1/2022 15:27 | If one looks at the chart of KIW it was around 13 p at the start of 2009 and peaked at circa 84p following the bid from FQM in late 2009. That's a circa 6.5 fold increase. The XTR share price at the start of this year was around 5.5p. A 6.5 fold increase would give a XTR share price of around 35p. The fact that Bushranger is in Australia and close to existing mines, plus it is likely to prove to be such a massive discovery, makes me hopeful that TCofMC's target share price of 44-88p is achievable this year. | papillon |
