17/1/2022 17:37 | Looks like EOL is on your case over on his private board too papillon. With no africa revenue imminent it looks like that feared cash raise is ever closer. I feel for XTR shareholders as they never seem to get what they patiently hope for. | asitis
17/1/2022 16:25 | He's a bit over 76, born 1943 | jjb71uk
17/1/2022 16:08 | And down we go ! | asitis
17/1/2022 14:32 | Delay after delay is all shareholders seem to be getting papillon ! Even the uninspiring assays have stopped being given out ! BoDs stepping down too. More of that sort of news is it you are waiting for ? Last time I checked the JORC resource was still----- wait for it----- 0.3 million tons. A fair bit short of what any major will pay for I'm afraid. Oh dear. | asitis
17/1/2022 13:35 | He sure is. I wonder what that's down to? I'm the same age, but slothful by comparison. 😁 | papillon
17/1/2022 13:29 | I see our arch deramper, Asitis, is back posting. That probably means, going by past precedent, that XTR is about to issue good news! If only Asitis would post more often! 🤣 | papillon
17/1/2022 13:25 | Going well for 76 | arcadian
17/1/2022 12:16 | Thanks-- Stockopedia need to update. He is apparently 76 so I can understand if he wants to go out with a big deal here. | arcadian
17/1/2022 12:03 | No wonder the BoDs have gone quiet. Still no revenue from Africa apart from the paltry alluvial reporting. The promised revenue delayed again so still nothing coming in by the looks of it. The posts over at lse seem to at last acknowledge that XTR will not be able to pay for a measured JORC so still the only resource that they can announce is stuck at 0.3m Tons. The racecourse resource of 0.3m Tons is a result of much historic drilling before XTR started prodding holes in it and yet still no announcement that shows an officially recognised increase in that resource. The pretty coloured pictures released showing IP anomalies have added zero value. The borderline uneconomic assays have added zero value. A measured JORC showing a greatly increased resource however would add value. And therein lies the problem. | asitis
17/1/2022 12:00 | Correction. CB was chairman of JLP, but recently retired. Coetzer is now chairman. | papillon
17/1/2022 11:39 | Am I correct in thinking that our Coin is also Chairman of Jubilee? | arcadian
17/1/2022 11:37 | Not that many trades this morning and volume isn't high, but both the bid and offer prices have gradually increased during the morning. Whether that is a portent of imminent news is anyone's guess. | papillon
17/1/2022 11:02 | Indeed seems strange we've had multiple RNS every month and now nothing since the most bullish of podcasts at end of December. If we can take everything said at face value then the upside here is incredible for minimal risk. But those assay results are way overdue. | johnswan193
17/1/2022 10:57 | CMC, yep long enough for the next RNS. There is also the 'early Jan' update on the African activities. Both should be imminent, and I would hope so because communication has to be part of the overall package. | the diddymen
17/1/2022 04:43 | It's now 40 days ago since we received this RNS... ..."We have also commenced a new hole to test ANOTHER geophysical anomaly SEPARATE from Racecourse and Ascot." Colin Bird, Executive Chairman said: "This is an exciting new discovery, and the team should be complimented for making such a discovery in an established geological setting. Based on preliminary logging and subject to laboratory assays, holes BRDD-21-033 and 035 represent two very meaningful intersections, similar to the main Racecourse deposit. The intention now is to test for up-dip mineralisation and to establish strike direction with a view to building up a further mineral resource at Ascot. We have also commenced a new hole to test another geophysical anomaly separate from Racecourse and Ascot." | the count of monte_cristo
16/1/2022 17:30 | Some hike which may then affect profitability, output, rivals, other governments and global output/price. Will others follow? | arcadian
14/1/2022 15:29 | Not liking a Yorkshireman--- absolute rubbish | arcadian
14/1/2022 14:00 | I agree, TD, only good news will drive up the XTR share price Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on your viewpoint it appears that irrational investor sentiment, such as happened with Poisedon back in the '60's, the dot com boom and more recently with SYME is not happening with XTR. If anything XTR is being undervalued by the Market. Whether that's because, as TCofMC seems to think the Market doesn't yet understand the potential value of Bushranger, or because they don't like CB, is open to question. | papillon
14/1/2022 12:42 | 👍 The main things I have learnt from past very painful experience is never "fall in love" with a share and it's a vital imperative not to lose money. Done both those things big time in the past... "Been there, done that, got the T shirt"! At the moment my charts and chart indicators are very bullish on XTR long term. Investor sentiment just reinforces the news flow. If my charts turn bearish that indicates to me sentiment has changed, probably because insiders know something I don't know and it is time for me to depart. No more averaging down for me. I don't fall in love with shares anymore. | papillon
14/1/2022 12:27 | If it works for you then stick with it. I have read Charters on Charting etc and am also attracted to patterns but in this case the CEO`s stance/ attitude to the assets etc seemed to be more significant | arcadian |
