If this price holds tomorrow then it looks like we have a breakout on the weekly chart.

It looks as if there is sufficient momentum to break 6p this time and establish a new trading range.

Both the signal content from XTR and the signal content of the market should make this an interesting few weeks.

It looks like the serious resistance of 6p could soon be broken because of the bullish contents of yesterday's RNS.
As I've always stated, news drives share prices; charts only highlight past and present investor sentiment.
Unless I'm very much mistaken (and I often make mistakes!) a bullish triangle pattern has appeared on the XTR chart which indicates a 6.5 - 7p short term share price target. I might buy more XTR tomorrow.

There will be days, not far away now, when this rises a penny or more.

Post 4603 has been removed.

Pap please don’t be tempted to respond especially when using the same language. Not everyone wants to have to read it.

I've made 5 purchases of XTR shares throughout the day after further consideration of yesterday's RNS! I've bought back the shares I very stupidly sold on Tuesday.
I made a big mistake on Tuesday, but I've made plenty of mistakes in the past and will, no doubt, make plenty again in the future! Such is life. Of course the money I have lost will be chicken feed when compared to the envisaged gains when Bushranger is eventually sold.
A consolation is that CB paid 5.7p for 1m XTR shares last year.

Pap == please just filter and ignore as I have done. This will save you writing and me reading expletives which will spoil this otherwise civilised and helpful thread.

You might well be right, bernymadoff, but if you set your expectations on the low side think how pleasantly surprised you will be if they are exceeded.

PS I believe the time to pile into XTR is when it rises above that resistance @ 6p. That could be tomorrow, next week, or next month, or even farther away. One thing is for certain, it is impossible to predict the future.

Papillon, 20p for Racecourse alone would be underselling it imho as by the time we reach agreement with a major the POC will likely be closer to $12000 per tonne as per Goldman Sachs 2022 estimate. I'd be looking for 30p minimum for 2m tonnes given that it's open pittable and in what is arguably the most sought after mining postcode in the world. That's aside from Ascot which if proven to be on trend and on par with Racecourse would command the same again. As Count has said many a time already the story is only just starting to unfold here and I daresay we will get many more surprises to the upside in the weeks and months ahead.

Going by the fundamentals I can envisage Bushranger being worth at least 20p per share to XTR when it's sold.
In the very short term I can envisage large %age gains for the likes of GPM & KIST if, as appears possible, Russia invades Ukraine as gold and gas prices would rise significantly.

PS I found some money down the back of my sofa and bought back some of those XTR shares I sold Tuesday.

If people don't do any research they shouldn't even be in the stock market because they will simply lose all their money over time :) I think most people do a modicum of research and actually most enjoy it. Like listening to a podcast or watching a YouTube video is hardly taxing :)

But yeah, I get your point that those who are willing to put the time in can and mostly do perform better and this gives the ones who are willing to put the effort in quite a big advantage.

So PIs who don't like to do research should read all the RNS and listen to Colin - in other words they should do research and then they will be interested :)

Well, they should read the RNSs and listen to Colin's presentations and join the dots. I really do not see anything complex in here. Also, add Ascot to it and the growing prices for Gold and Copper. Of course, this is not without risks, but to say that this is a complex story... which stories are nice and straightforward, may I ask, cause I will happily invest if there are more attractive propositions than this one?

How do think PIs without research will judge the chances of XTR reaching the 2mt (current JORC is around 300k) and also whether the deposit will be economic enough for AA to exercise their option?
