31/1/2022 09:18 | Very nice RNS. Happy to have the chance to be buying in at a relatively low point to recent highs. | molatovkid
31/1/2022 08:56 | '...adjusted profit before tax well in excess of £8.5 million...' | mfhmfh
31/1/2022 08:42 | Mr market likes the Trading Update ... shares up nearly 9% on only 17k volume. | zico01
31/1/2022 07:42 | gleach23 - Very encouraging trading update depending on the interpretation of the following statement: ''Advanced payments to secure key supplier performance and additional cost associated with a new freight forwarding operating system in the UK means the Company expects to report a net debt position £4.9 million, as at 31 December 2021. Alongside the new operating system and implementing new processes, receivables have increased which will unwind in 2022 as these processes are embedded.'' what's your takeaway? | svend2
17/1/2022 08:51 | Topped back up this morning. Reassuring statement and further expansion. | techno20
13/1/2022 10:48 | Thanks, gleach23 | svend2
13/1/2022 09:14 | Heard back from IR but didn't learn anything - I asked if we could expect an update in Jan and they just said a trading update was planned but there was no date confirmed as yet. | gleach23
12/1/2022 18:58 | gleach23. No worries thanks for the heads up. | svend2
12/1/2022 13:59 | Hi svend2. I missed your post from 31 Dec - apologies for that but thanks anyway. The underlying spread often isn't as bad as the market spread would suggest which is why I like to do dummy quotes for this share as it gives a much clearer picture. These quotes have indicated for a couple of weeks now that available stock has been scarce. The 15k @ 50.5p late reported trade this morning would support this view as the market quote on the Offer at the time was 49p. Historically there looks to have been a year end trading update in Feb although last year it was 29 Jan. I have written to Investor Relations to see if they can shed more light on this and will let you know what they say. | gleach23
12/1/2022 12:01 | Does anyone know when the next Trading/Broker update is due to be released, please? | svend2
31/12/2021 13:29 | gleach23 - Good luck with trading this one I am finding it hard to trade due to the large spreads however from a tech point of view the share price has closed out the Gap perfectly on the daily charts going back to February 2021 as long as the current low 38p is not violated then it's good to go from here IMOO DYOR | svend2
24/12/2021 09:43 | All my stocks that had fallen on no news (mostly on Aim ..(Aim has taken a pounding)) are now gently going up on no news. This kind of makes sense to me. Certainly a great company and not that expensive either | undervaluedassets
21/12/2021 22:41 | svend2 - the CEO's departure wasn't announced until 22nd Nov, at which point the share price was around 55p so it's lost about 27% since then. Anyway, I'm hopeful of a quick move to 50p in the next week or 2 for trading purposes....fingers crossed | gleach23
21/12/2021 19:37 | gleach23 - great well 👍 done on timing the close back above 40p today is somewhat encouraging and hopefully this is the turning point, however, to see the company nearly lose half's its value due to the CEO's abrupt departure is still a little nerving especially since there was no clear explanation for his somewhat short tenure. | svend2
21/12/2021 12:21 | Opened a trading position yesterday and topped up today after noticing supply of stock tighten up and demand improve on the Bid. Fallen 50% from the peak on no news so if there is bad news on top of CEO leaving surely it must be baked in. Anything more catastrophic should have been reported by now. Hope I'm not tempting fate! GLA | gleach23
18/12/2021 17:19 | This share price is looking increasingly cheap but presumably more falls to come if Omicron forces Europe into tighter restrictions/ lock down? | moonshot3
16/12/2021 14:49 | gleach23 I am in the same camp still holding for the longer-term outlook.. The new Chairman and the CEO departure makes a lot of sense in which case he wants to make his mark hence maybe we shall see more acquisitions and somewhat sooner. Wonder when the next trading update and/or broker note is going to become available? | svend2
15/12/2021 14:59 | hi svend2...still holding my investment but have no trading positions open currently...it's at an interesting juncture with an 'all guns blazing' outlook statement in the Sept Interims vs the sudden departure of the CEO and an share price that's suggesting bad news on the horizon, notwithstanding the wider market malaise. I did notice when just looking at the Sept interims that a new Chairman started on 22 Sept, exactly 2 months before CEO's departure so one might conclude they saw things differently. | gleach23
15/12/2021 14:17 | gleach23/Inv001 - Another down day now @ 43p is there any air left in these tyres? | svend2
23/11/2021 20:36 | Closed @ 48.5p down 9.35 % = Down a whopping 41% from this summer high @ 82.5 interesting (tree shaking and/or cutting) start to the week ;-) | svend2
23/11/2021 13:16 | The share price is currently down over 5% and the company/SP has now taken a 20% haircut just since the Nov 12 high surely such excess volatility warrants a company statement in relation to the reasoning behind changing the CEO after just one year in the seat. | svend2
23/11/2021 09:40 | It amazing that the same board, (with the exception of the Chairman), which appointed him just over a year ago, is the same board which has seen him leave. Quote from their RNS "Robert..... is a very able operator with the strategic and financial perspective to head the business. He is comfortable with leadership and has excellent knowledge and experience of the transport and logistics markets in which we operate. So after a thorough process involving both internal and external candidates, we are very pleased to be able to appoint Robert and we look forward to supporting him in the next phases of the Company's development." Should have followed it up with more than "in line with market expectations". Half year seemed so bullish......... now nothing but uncertainty. Makes you wonder what the NEDs are up to....... | inv001
22/11/2021 19:57 | zico01 - Agree 100% letting the CEO go without any explanation is not fair to any shareholder it just brings onboard uncertainty and volatility to the share price going forward. | svend2
22/11/2021 19:02 | svend/gleach that was a bit of a shock ... no reason given. The company should have the decency to give a valid reason why the CEO has left. ffs. | zico01
22/11/2021 15:42 | gleach23 Agree that was a bit of a curveball did not see that shaping up however as you rightly point out the unwinding of capital spent earlier in the year was supposed to have had senior management utmost attention going into the final quarter/year-end. | svend2 |
