Please ask your client to stop harassing people who post their honestly held opinions as is their right under the Defamation Act 2013. It is totally clear from the text of my posts that they are opinion and discussion pieces - all of which are based on theories developed from other situations as is explained. What damage are you trying to claim has been done and against what - an unspecified company, which may or may not actually exist!?


If you are so sure that there is no way that a potential future company set up by those involved with Worthington could ever possibly commit fraud, is your firm prepared to guarantee that they would compensate anyone who did subsequently lose money because that company did subsequently commit fraud? If you are not sufficiently confident to do this, then how can you in good conscience act to silence warnings about the potential for fraud to be committed, which could lead to the further losses for those who are not made aware of the potential for those losses thanks to the actions of your client in harassing those who have honestly held opinions based on similar relevant past experiences? You most certainly can never claim that an honestly held opinion on something that may or may not happen in the future is a false statement.


Your client has already shown that he is unable to secure sensitive information, thus I will not be providing further personal detail other than to confirm this e-mail address.

In the circumstances, we would be grateful if you could let us have the full name of the real person using the pseudonym "Sweet Karolina" as described above and an address for service of legal proceedings.

It is a bit of a shame they have not managed to tie in the fake tanned oik Chapman and his boiler room. I provided evidence of that which specifically mentioned AE, hopefully that evidence will be of some use - I will send it to them again to remind them they have it.

When this finally comes to trial (17 Nov will just be a preliminary hearing) I will do my best to be in the public gallery. We should try to all arrange to be there for the verdict and go out together for a few beers regardless of the outcome.

It looks like the sentence for Fraudulent Trading can potentially include custody so let's all hope for the worst for them.

“Spurway and Biggar attended court while the others appeared via video.

District Judge John Zani told the defendants: “This is clearly not suitable for this court’s jurisdiction due to its complexity.

“This case is now transferred to Southwark crown court on November 17. All five of you will be expected to appear in person on that day.”

The five gave no indication of plea and were each released on unconditional bail.”

“Earley, Spurway, Ware and Biggar are said to have made a substantial gain for themselves from their activities at Worthington, Westminster magistrates’ court was told.

Philip Stott, for the prosecution, said: “These are allegations of fraudulent trading arising out of the control of a PLC. Aidan Earley is said to have gained about £1.1 million, Mr Ware £500,000, Mr Biggar just £500,000 and Mr Spurway £100,000.”

I think there's a good chance of them being found guilty, considering all the wrongdoing at WRN they haven't charged them with much, it looks like they've gone for the low hanging fruit.

I am not sure why I have followed this saga. I was never in Quindell but perhaps I was tempted at one point.

TW has his detractors but he got this one spot on. Whatever the outcome the perpetrators are now totally discredited.
