30/9/2021 20:50 | BBM they don't even have the money to afford the postage, let alone pay their pathetic lawyer to address the envelope. 10 days left before WHET is due compulsory strike off when all assets go to the crown - how much do you think is left for dear old Liz? | sweet karolina2
28/9/2021 08:44 | LOL David, but seriously the whole system is legalised corruption. | roydyor

25/9/2021 21:01 | IMHO everything related to AE and Co is seriously bent, probably why it is taking FCA so long to unravel it all. I understand the fake tanned oik has told the people he sold the FGCN shares to that they can't sell until 2023 because of the Greenbank merger. Why would Greenbank have the slightest interest in merging with FGCN? IMHO it is and always has been totally worthless, just like every other scam AE & Co have run over the last 3 decades. | sweet karolina2
25/9/2021 17:10 | seriously bent. | spikeyj
25/9/2021 13:46 | Anyone who wants a laugh have a read of the utter BS the fake tanned oik has told his CVA supervisors this time: Facts are Flagship deregistered its shares in 2019 so they should not be traded at all on a public market: The only asset FGCN had was shares in GEM Holdings which changed its name to Vue Carbon and went into voluntary liquidation back in Mar 21 with a deficit of over £10m and nil expected realisations: For those with short memories, this it the great coal mine which AE said was about to start generating $2m a month in cash a few years ago, having been secured by private money because WRN was suffering tortious interference. The CVA Supervisors are as bent as the rest of the crowd because they know all this but are happy to fob the fake tanned oik's creditors off with his BS while he manipulates the price through small trades on OTC pink to get mug mates to buy shares - 2 of them are now out of pocket by £5400 and must be delighted to see the latest FGCN trade for just 500 shares go through at 7c. You would have thought they would all have wised up to him by now but there is one born every minute after all. Good to see the only people who have been paid anything as a result of all this are the CVA supervisors so they are happy to keep the farce going for another couple of years. | sweet karolina2
20/9/2021 10:46 | Is was ridiculed for not investing in bitcoin ..yes I could of made on paper 13 million pounds..but here's the problem.. while I know many people who have" made millions " on bitcoin ive never met anyone who turns these millions in to cold hard cash. If its so good why are they still driving a 13 year old vauxhaul vectra.. Next tax.. one day Mr tax man will get his hands on all the bitcoin data bases and send out his tax demands. So you now have tax demand for 4.7 million pounds.. and if you don't pay it fine and interest.. it wouldn't be so bad if the tax man accepted bitcoin. | petersmith6
06/9/2021 14:16 | Cautionary words from the FCA today on crypto currency’s: The hype around crypto currency’s generates a powerful fear of missing out from some consumers who may have little understanding of their risks,” the FCA chair, Charles Randell, said in a speech prepared for the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime on Monday. “There is no shortage of stories of people who have lost savings by being lured into the crypto bubble with delusions of quick riches”. A surprisingly large proportion of consumers who buy into speculative cryptocurrencies wrongly believe they are regulated, Randell said. He stressed that consumers have no financial protection if they invest in cryptocurrencies and will not have access to their Financial Services Compensation Scheme if they lose their cash. “If you buy them, you should be prepared to lose all your money,” Randell said, repeating an earlier warning from the FCA. | filthylucre01
05/9/2021 16:21 | Another non event in the ongoing Biggar saga. | roydyor
26/8/2021 18:36 | thank you david, interesting. | spikeyj
26/8/2021 12:23 | Reading the new liquidator's report at one of AB's companies, it looks like Biggar is still a "alleged offender" under the proceeds of crime act, with the FCA still preventing any dissolution of his assets. Also looks like the liquidator has managed to get the Land Registry to change the details so they have a charge over the matrimonial home (the FCA restraining order was preventing that change). Since it looks like the POCA retraining order is still in place, the read-across is that the FCA are still actively investigating. Fast, they ain't. | davidkip
17/8/2021 14:53 | Probably got bigger fish to fry Arthur, | vaneric1
17/8/2021 14:03 | I wonder when we'll get an update on the FCA investigation. It does seem to be taking an interminably long time, maybe they're also looking into WHET? | arthur_lame_stocks
13/8/2021 17:58 | Surprise surprise yet another strike off notification for WHET: Will they bother to file accounts before 10 Oct or will they just let it quietly slip into oblivion this time? With the confirmation statement due in just over a week they really should not bother. | sweet karolina2
12/8/2021 16:29 | THERE ARE WINNERS AND LOSERS IN LIFE, THERE ARE LOWLIFE SOUTH AFRICAN SCUM TOO. | jjw fan club |
