And if we look at the liquidator's return for All About Brands, it notes that the FCA obtained a restraining order under the POCA 2002, preventing the disposal of assets of Allan Biggar.

That order was granted 13th April 2018 (although I assume was note actioned until the mass raids on various parties that occured on 18 April 2018.

And WHET was suspended from BritDaq on 19 April 2018, the day after the FCA raided AE's house.

By coincidence, the Land Registry entry for Doug Ware's house has a restriction on it, that prevents its disposal, citing the Proceeds of Crime Act powers.

Anyone want to guess what day that POCA restriction was placed? Yup, 18 April 2018.
