I was interested in them as a potential value play many years ago but never invested and hadn't taken any interest in them until I noticed the price and read all the TW articles.

It may well take another year before we get to a final verdict, by which time most will have forgotten. The sad thing is, if we don't get the right verdict, the crooks will play the fact that FCA were just too inept to prove their guilt beyond reasonable doubt as being total vindication and will go out and do it all yet again.

The only good news is that it is not automatic that they get their costs back and hopefully that alone may stop them being able to do it all again.

I know a CEO who got taken to court by FCA (was FSA in those days) for insider dealing. The judge felt the case had not been proven sufficiently and let him off. He then tried to get his costs back and spent the same amount in costs trying. But it was ruled that as FCA had reasonable grounds for bringing the case, he could not have the original costs or his extra costs - there can be justice without conviction. Sadly that was not enough to put him out of business and he just went on to try to get his money through scamming PIs.

Here is the original case where he was cleared:



"Minmet chief Michael Nolan claimed that there had indeed been a phone call conversation between him and Baldwin several days before the trading statement was released. However, the case was ultimately decided by the FSA's inability to provide any record of the phone call."

Tim went on to scam PIs at AIM listed RAM



and AIM listed TXO (became Clean Tech Assets after it was delisted following the Nomad resigning):



Unfortunately for him that is where he bumped into little old me.

His scam at AIM listed Cientifica



was short lived, primarily thanks to me.

I never managed to get him struck off as a director, but I did get his Nomad (the one that resigned) and Auditor fined, so hopefully that is enough to keep him away from any listed company where he can scam more PIs. However I remain vigilant.

Tim's long term girlfriend is Karolina Pietka (I am sure she is very sweet as Tim used to pay her £40k a year at each of his companies to send a few e-mails):



It was the inside info she e-mailed out to non insiders on his behalf to encourage them to take part in a placing, which fell into my hands that killed the scam at Cientifica.

I have been pleased to also play a small part in AE's current court appearances, but others really did the hard yards there, as FCA could not find its way to the toilet without multiple grown ups to hold their hands.

It will only be a preliminary hearing, probably just so they can enter their pleas. I wonder if when Aiden picks up the bible he will say "I always wondered what one of these looked like".

When the trial proper starts it might be fun to watch some of it, but the one we all want to try to be at is the sentencing. Still a long way to go, but keep praying to whatever higher power you believe in that that happy day will arrive.

Aidan's next appearance before the beak is next Thursday. I won't be able to make it unfortunately as I'll be working but I'll keep a close eye on the news.

I really hope you have good info Stuka because until justice is seen to be dished out crooks like Doug, Aidan, Dazza and the rest will laugh at the authorities

News has just reached me of the recent developments.

I hope it all comes out in court, every last sordid detail of it. If it does there is not a jury in England that will give them their liberty, and they deserve every second of jail time they are going to get.

Well done to all those who stood up for the truth here and gave their evidence to the FCA, you are the heroes. Victims were told at several points on the other now deleted thread to write it off and move on. That is exactly what the hustlers want you to do as they move on to their next mark to rinse and repeat.

Many of us took a lot of heat, I was on the end of some very clumsy threats of legal action myself. They were never going to come to anything because I would have made them incriminate themselves with disclosure. They knew that and I knew that, so I carried on without fear.

So to those who would not, did not let this go, I salute you.

The markets are a better, safer place when the criminals are put away.

To long to spell . How would SK be taken to the cleaners. I went to the cleaners last week and guess what picked my clothes up today . NICE And Clean me old son . I make SK right but it’s not only women he bullies.
