12/11/2024 11:12 | Oh look proper Jack in the box getting all excited. Maybe somethings will come to lite in a three plus month trial. Hopefully all involved will be prosecuted and justice done . | jackjackjack1
12/11/2024 11:06 | No trial still going hopefully the one with the fake Tan , will as he said rake up and show himself, or is it not time my friend | jackjackjack1
12/11/2024 09:00 | Theres no report of it in the national law archives which would indicate the case is ongoing - perhaps theres a recess for some reason relevant to the trail. | incommunique
04/11/2024 07:57 | Any news from the trial anyone? | antondec
27/9/2024 09:19 | Are you sure they were UCs? Were they surly looking types. Maybe he hasn't paid his 'sniff' dealer and theyre after him as well. | incommunique
26/9/2024 14:37 | I am informed that what looked like plain clothes plods were parked outside the gates of Bluebell House for several hours a couple of days this week. 'Has Biggar done a runner?' was postulated by my man on the ground. No idea whatsoever if this is the case or not but one would think, if the police wanted to talk to him the courthouse is where he's likely to be found these days. Is anyone following this saga attending the court on a regular-ish basis? | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
20/9/2024 16:26 | Where’s me thinks something big is going to happen gone | jackjackjack1
20/9/2024 14:15 | Apparently QPP (the other fraud), put up funds to sue Tom whilst he was in Greece. Overturned judgement in Tom's favour. Tom's "Gotcha" card defunct but the other 4 forget jail, just bankrupt the lot. | dudishes
20/9/2024 12:42 | bbm, from Tom direct, yesterday. Previous post info was from him also. Must admit, I had not heard, or forgotten the tie up? We must keep up eh? | dudishes
20/9/2024 08:56 | Slater & Gordon. "Apparently Quindell (another win for Tom) backed AE to sue TW for defamation whilst Tom was in Greece. On TW's return to UK and with his evidence, the verdict was overturned. Can you tell us where that info ^^^ came from? | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
20/9/2024 07:22 | Quindell was a highly suspect firm that did class actions for work related injuries - bought for £400m by some Aussie law firm who then found out it was all smoke and mirrors and tried to get their money back - I remember their share price cratered after the news broke - not sure if they are still around. | antondec
19/9/2024 22:38 | Apparently Quindell (another win for Tom) backed AE to sue TW for defamation whilst Tom was in Greece. On TW's return to UK and with his evidence, the verdict was overturned. WRN we know, Quindell? | dudishes

19/9/2024 10:46 | Arthur .Trial not over yet. Who was the two main sellers of the shares . One of them that had all the mouth is now none existent on here . I remember his threats and him going to rack up in court . Well rack up in court today me old son . | jackjackjack1
19/9/2024 09:40 | Dyno Rod's the only one that seems to have escaped with the loot. Even the hardest man in leafy Surrey thinks it's safer to hide in Bangkok than come to Romford and mess with our gayest Manquims. | arthur_lame_stocks
19/9/2024 08:49 | So, is AE actually dead? | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
19/9/2024 08:24 | I was in court yesterday for the first morning of the trial proper, when the FCA's lawyers set out their case. There are three areas they are going for. The fact that they believe WRN was insolvent for pretty much the whole period the gang were in charge, hence trading while insolvent; the rapid rise in the share price based on the series of announcements (which were unjustified as little due diligence had been done on the proposed acquisitions; and the fact that Wulsten Earley was involved in money laundering the gains from his disposal of shares in WRN (profits £1.98m, profits that were too be shared on a pre-agreed basis between the team). Amusing to hear Counsel explaining to the jury what "pump and dump" was. | abadan2
18/9/2024 16:21 | thanks chaps - unless there are very damning paper trails I think old AE will be cited as the chief architect by the other 4 I fear suspended sentences on this one | antondec
18/9/2024 16:12 | Court 9 T20220662 "Resumes 09:50" | cliffpeat
