Well well it is just possible that we may have another act in this pantomime about to appear on stage. It could just be BS to keep the victims of this IMHO scam calm, but might be a genuine attempt to revive the IMHO scam. The rumour is that Greenbank inc - a Canadian investment house is sniffing around. When we look at the Greenbank team: HTtps://greenbankcapitalinc.com/what-we-do/the-team/ The name Richard Beresford rings a bell. Here he is at McCarthy Denning (the lawyers of choice for the insiders - Hopeless Ayub works there) HTtps://mccarthydenning.com/team/richard-beresford/ The name also appears in the last para of this little gem. From: Doug Ware Date: 11 January 2013 at 13:40 Subject: RE: Draft RNS To: Aidan Earley Hi Aidan, Such good news about Karen, you both must be so relieved. Attached is RNS with my comments, we need a plan as to when the litigation against Rangers International will be commenced & made public. Also attached is an updated Briefing note which I sent to Craig yesterday. With regard to the security, we all understand that this is a safety net for the investors in case WRN is forced into insolvency by the Pension Trustee or the Pension Regulator/PPF not accepting a deal. There is no safety net for me. In the event that the land in Keighley and the shares in Trimmings by design come under our control we need to agree in advance the plan for managing these assets. I suggest that the assets are placed in an SPV. I will secure the planning application & manage the TBD shareholding. After the cash outstanding has been repaid from the sale of the land with planning permission, and possibly the TBD shares to the other shareholders, I suggest that the remaining proceeds are split in the following way: 32% to each of AE, CW & DW 4% to be given to John Taylor as he will be the “man on the ground” doing all the leg work on an unpaid basis. I hope that you & Craig can agree to this & raise the necessary cash next week to secure the position. Is Richard Beresford on board? If so I suggest you get him to draw up the required security documentation for filing at Companies House & the Land Registry, remember we need to be able to control the assets in an insolvency situation. Warm regards, Doug

And that is just the WRN failures, if you included all AE failures over a 30+ years career of failures then the list would take up a whole thread. The only success in there is ripping off naive investors to line insider's pockets and there have been a few failures there too.

We must be getting close to the alleged tortious interference becoming time barred by the statue of limitations. If memory serves that was about 6 years ago.

I think a passage referring to the fate of Sodom and Gomorrah would be more appropriate.

The end of another link in the chain. The former part owner of Flagship has gone into voluntary liquidation. Stephen Moscicki changed the name from Gem Holdings to Vue Carbon two years ago. There was also a US branch of Gem I believe. hTTps://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/09976573/filing-history Edit A quick search shows that the UK branch was a part owner of the US Gem. hTTps://opencorporates.com/companies/us_de/3791871

Shame. This thread used to be comedy gold for non investors doing research for potential scam advice.

Non secured creditors still screwed. Pension fund still largely emptied. More fees for liquidators with £40k more still to be charged. Absolutely no chance of anything for shareholders. Investigations continue and are confidential. Come back this time next year to see how much more has gone in fees and how little more has been recovered. One day the final curtain will fall on this pantomime, but for now it is no longer even entertaining with the audience all asleep in their seats.

Just passed the 4th anniversary of this (statute of limitations on defamation = 1 year): From: drunken.sailor1@hotmail.com Sent: 21 February 2017 09:23 To: Ayub Sadiq Subject: Re: The Publisher known as "Sweet Karolina" Ayub, Please ask your client to stop harassing people who post their honestly held opinions as is their right under the Defamation Act 2013. It is totally clear from the text of my posts that they are opinion and discussion pieces - all of which are based on theories developed from other situations as is explained. What damage are you trying to claim has been done and against what - an unspecified company, which may or may not actually exist!? If you are so sure that there is no way that a potential future company set up by those involved with Worthington could ever possibly commit fraud, is your firm prepared to guarantee that they would compensate anyone who did subsequently lose money because that company did subsequently commit fraud? If you are not sufficiently confident to do this, then how can you in good conscience act to silence warnings about the potential for fraud to be committed, which could lead to the further losses for those who are not made aware of the potential for those losses thanks to the actions of your client in harassing those who have honestly held opinions based on similar relevant past experiences? You most certainly can never claim that an honestly held opinion on something that may or may not happen in the future is a false statement. Your client has already shown that he is unable to secure sensitive information, thus I will not be providing further personal detail other than to confirm this e-mail address. Adrian From: Ayub Sadiq Sent: 20 February 2017 16:33 To: drunken.sailor1@hotmail.com Subject: The Publisher known as "Sweet Karolina" Dear Sir/Madam We act on behalf of Aidan Earley in connection with a claim in libel against an individual using the pseudonym 'Sweet Karolina' to publish false statements about our client. The publisher "Sweet Karolina" has made the attached series of comments on the "Worthington Group - Charts and News" discussion thread of the ADVFN financial website. Our client has invited the publisher (through an entry dated 18th February 2017 in the News section of his website: hxxps://www.aidanearley.org/news/) to identify him or herself. The individual has failed to identify himself/herself but has now provided, through a posting on the ADVFN discussion thread, the email address "drunken.sailor1@hotmail.com" as his or her address for correspondence.
