Oh look proper Jack in the box getting all excited. Maybe somethings will come to lite in a three plus month trial. Hopefully all involved will be prosecuted and justice done .

Theres no report of it in the national law archives which would indicate the case is ongoing - perhaps theres a recess for some reason relevant to the trail.

I am informed that what looked like plain clothes plods were parked outside the gates of Bluebell House for several hours a couple of days this week. 'Has Biggar done a runner?' was postulated by my man on the ground.

No idea whatsoever if this is the case or not but one would think, if the police wanted to talk to him the courthouse is where he's likely to be found these days.

Is anyone following this saga attending the court on a regular-ish basis?

Apparently QPP (the other fraud), put up funds to sue Tom whilst he was in Greece.

Overturned judgement in Tom's favour.

Tom's "Gotcha" card defunct but the other 4 forget jail, just bankrupt the lot.

Quindell was a highly suspect firm that did class actions for work related injuries - bought for £400m by some Aussie law firm who then found out it was all smoke and mirrors and tried to get their money back - I remember their share price cratered after the news broke - not sure if they are still around.

Arthur .Trial not over yet. Who was the two main sellers of the shares . One of them that had all the mouth is now none existent on here . I remember his threats and him going to rack up in court . Well rack up in court today me old son .

I was in court yesterday for the first morning of the trial proper, when the FCA's lawyers set out their case. There are three areas they are going for. The fact that they believe WRN was insolvent for pretty much the whole period the gang were in charge, hence trading while insolvent; the rapid rise in the share price based on the series of announcements (which were unjustified as little due diligence had been done on the proposed acquisitions; and the fact that Wulsten Earley was involved in money laundering the gains from his disposal of shares in WRN (profits £1.98m, profits that were too be shared on a pre-agreed basis between the team). Amusing to hear Counsel explaining to the jury what "pump and dump" was.
