As the nights draw in, the annual treat of seeing how many gazillions Dazza ascribes to the value of Flagship in the Bust Club administration draws close. Will the liquidator be able to, yet again, keep a straight face as he writes the "well it says that in the newspapers and therefore it has to be true" line?

Hi F seen it all before with the bull of what I’ve got and what I haven’t. Hopefully there will be news soon from the FCA and it’s on the front of a news paper that’s not a mock up .

I hope it is true, but, given the glacial pace this has moved at so far and the backlog that remains in the justice system, it could be many years before the miscreants first see the inside of a court room and more until they see the inside of a jail cell.

Potential news posted on another forum:
The FCA, over the last month or so have been consulting with their internal lawyers to establish whether they have a case against WRN.

After a recent conversation, they have confirmed that they will be going after those involved in the courts, they will be looking to make an announcement over the next few weeks.

It's taking an interminably long time to get some sort of response from the FCA on whether they're going to charge this mob or not. I sincerely hope they do and I sincerely hope they all go down.
