28/2/2022 17:17 | Silly me how could I have forgotten to commemorate the FIFTH! anniversary of this: From: drunken.sailor1@hotm Sent: 21 February 2017 09:23 To: Ayub Sadiq Subject: Re: The Publisher known as "Sweet Karolina" Ayub, Please ask your client to stop harassing people who post their honestly held opinions as is their right under the Defamation Act 2013. It is totally clear from the text of my posts that they are opinion and discussion pieces - all of which are based on theories developed from other situations as is explained. What damage are you trying to claim has been done and against what - an unspecified company, which may or may not actually exist!? If you are so sure that there is no way that a potential future company set up by those involved with Worthington could ever possibly commit fraud, is your firm prepared to guarantee that they would compensate anyone who did subsequently lose money because that company did subsequently commit fraud? If you are not sufficiently confident to do this, then how can you in good conscience act to silence warnings about the potential for fraud to be committed, which could lead to the further losses for those who are not made aware of the potential for those losses thanks to the actions of your client in harassing those who have honestly held opinions based on similar relevant past experiences? You most certainly can never claim that an honestly held opinion on something that may or may not happen in the future is a false statement. Your client has already shown that he is unable to secure sensitive information, thus I will not be providing further personal detail other than to confirm this e-mail address. Adrian From: Ayub Sadiq Sent: 20 February 2017 16:33 To: drunken.sailor1@hotm Subject: The Publisher known as "Sweet Karolina" Dear Sir/Madam We act on behalf of Aidan Earley in connection with a claim in libel against an individual using the pseudonym 'Sweet Karolina' to publish false statements about our client. The publisher "Sweet Karolina" has made the attached series of comments on the "Worthington Group - Charts and News" discussion thread of the ADVFN financial website. Our client has invited the publisher (through an entry dated 18th February 2017 in the News section of his website: hxxps://www.aidanear In the circumstances, we would be grateful if you could let us have the full name of the real person using the pseudonym "Sweet Karolina" as described above and an address for service of legal proceedings. 28/2/2022 17:01 | Also £47,541.59 was received as the FINAL payment in the Rangers FC Group settlement. Definitely worth the £10m it went into the books for creating that bogus profits in the unaudited interims then. That very small dividend to creditors might come in 2024! Estimated cost of further work £50k - £60k which should see to a large chunk of what might become available to pay something to creditors. | sweet karolina2
28/2/2022 13:13 | Latest WRN winding-up progress report out. Last time they noted that they were doing work "in relation to a significant debtor". Roll on 12 months and we now know who that is. See top of p10 of the current document: Good news is that they've obtained judgement against the debtor and have agreed settlement terms that might pay a "very small" dividend to creditors (not shareholders, before anyone gets excited). And who is this flagship debtor? One Mr Moscicki. | davidkip

16/2/2022 07:38 | Redcentric Ex-CFO Timothy Coleman has been found guilty of four charges for making false and misleading statements. Former finance director Estelle Croft also found guilty, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment after pleading guilty to charges of making false statements. These false statements artificially inflated Redcentric's share price, meaning investors paid more for shares than they were actually worth. Both Croft and Coleman knew that the market was misled when the statements were published, the jury was told, and that Mr Coleman was aware that this information was critical to decisions by investors. | filthylucre01
12/2/2022 17:40 | There's a story in the FT today that one of the previous Directors of (I think) Redcentric has been sentenced to 3 years at her maj's pleasure for publishing false and misleading statements in their results. I wonder if Aidan and the gang are getting worried yet? | arthur_lame_stocks

02/2/2022 15:17 | With FCA resources limited perhaps I can save them a little time by highlighting a number of WRN statements made via the Regulatory News Service that never materialised: 1. International Investment bank, Close Brothers to dual list Worthington Group plc on the main market of Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 2. Senior Appointments to Worthington Group plc - Oleg-Serguei Schkoda, head of the Worthington oil and gas team and Simon Burton to head the media team. 3. close to completing a major oil and gas investment. 4. acquisition of a number of different media investments. 5. agreement to invest £12.5m in CPS Energy Resources Plc. 6. Further media investments due to be completed within the next ten days which are expected to add significantly to Worthington's income stream. 7. litigation division now include both UK claims and also international claims with a total claims value of more than £30m. 8. agreement in principle to acquire a substantial Chinese claim estimated to be in the region of £43million. 9. the Company has entered into negotiations to acquire substantial gold producing assets. 10. Pension fund resolution imminent | filthylucre01 |
