20/11/2024 18:37 | Lol, not anticipated! Clearly no communication with their major shareholders then. Another failing to add to the pile. | fenners66

20/11/2024 07:46 | rmart - WHY? It would be like putting money on a three legged donkey to win the Derby because the odds of it winning have been lengthen from 500/1 to a 1000/1. You're going to lose your stake either way. | juliemara
19/11/2024 22:01 | rmart - one of mine ? Which one would that be ? | fenners66

19/11/2024 19:57 | Fenners, great to see one of yours doing so well 😂😂. I think I may buy in if it drops under .2 | rmart
19/11/2024 12:00 | Well Odillon you really are desperate for validation , any validation. So much that when you don't get it , you invent it. Sorry to put it so starkly and you might think rude.. but I find that pathetic. Stick to the facts of the company , its failings , P&L ,Balance Sheet , that's what investing is about , not spending your time looking for validation from other posters. | fenners66
19/11/2024 11:36 | Good to hear from you Fenners. Seeing you on this board always gives me the impression that there's going to be an upside in the share price. You recently endorsed my post to the effect that the company had been adversely affected by circumstances outside its control. Although you are one of the more capricious posters here, it was good to see that we have some accord. I hope there are no more external impediments and that the company can now focus on steady growth with the protection for shareholders offered by the appointment of the new directors. | odillon
19/11/2024 11:04 | As I said Odillon - I really hope you have been a medium term holder here, as you are so happy with the directors and presumably the business performance. You deserve it. | fenners66
19/11/2024 10:49 | The title says Woodbois *creating dreams*you really couldn't make it up | mr bernard castle
19/11/2024 10:29 | There is a good opportunity for JM and Fenners to top up just now. Fenners was recently corrected by Kinwah on the function of the newly appointed directors. Their role includes safeguarding to protect shareholders and the fact that the subscriptions were unanimously approved by the whole BOD gives me confidence that these fundraising steps and proposed uses of funds are in the best interests of all shareholders. | odillon
19/11/2024 08:27 | Everyone has had plenty of WARNINGS!!!! | juliemara
19/11/2024 07:32 | Further shafted , shares at 0.28 weeks ago , suspension , people pull out of fundraising ( some) , so now shares issued at 0.21!. | partner
13/11/2024 20:41 | Odillon - thanks you have just illustrated and confirmed my point. | fenners66
13/11/2024 19:01 | fenners The company were not responsible for the military coup, nor were they responsible for covid, they have also not been assisted by two separate high value holders engaging in sell offs. We do not know why the last NOMAD resigned (that did not help). But we do know that a new NOMAD has been appointed. As I said during the negotiations, the fact that a new NOMAD was seeking to agree terms indicated that there was not some action or omission on the part of the company that prevented their being listed on AIM. We do not know why Sydbank withdrew their loan. That did not assist. A period of calm endeavour, ideally with pumpers and poopers being given short shrift could allow for steady growth. | odillon
13/11/2024 18:44 | fenners I have been critical of management for example the time when they spoke of improved communication and then did not provide an update by the date that they said they would. I also expressed concern that they had taken on board a major investor who had previously been convicted of making away without payment of a taxi fare. The Court found that there was no dishonestly but that he had been extremely drunk to a degree that he failed to pay the fare believing that he had done so. That high value investor went on to sink the share price via a sell off of, I understand, his entire holding. | odillon
13/11/2024 18:38 | Jack - even though I'm a holder I do not enjoy seeing pumping of the share because it does it harm in the long term. Neither do I enjoy seeing the share being pooped. My concern is about extremes where people are misrepresenting the position for their own ends and causing others to lose out via that misrepresentation. There is ample middle ground. | odillon
13/11/2024 13:30 | "who are you non critical of?" Failing management. | fenners66
13/11/2024 11:05 | Odillon - if youre critical of those pro this, and critical of those anti this, who are you non critical of? | jack jebb
13/11/2024 10:40 | Odillon - think what you like , it counts for nothing. | fenners66 |
